despite his manager "saving him" for that very match.TKIZ! wrote:He also didn't turn up at a certain Wembley visit
Overall tho despite his performances this time last year .... when he was awful .... I liked him.
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

Re: Worthy's better class of transfer thread
A quick question on the Spearing deal. If we want to sign him, do Liverpool have a choice in the matter or was that already agreed in the loan deal? He's well worth the £1.5m figure which was thrown about, so hopefully we will be able to sign him whenever we want.
Re: Worthy's better class of transfer thread
Spearing is the one who is a tad reluctant to join as he's a Liverpool boy at heart and he really does want to play for them so I think the deal could be struck with Bindippers but it would be up to us to persuade Spearing to join permanently
Pfffft.

Re: Worthy's better class of transfer thread
You'd hope so but you can see the price rising if he has a blinding season and there is always the chance that pool could decide they want him. That's what he wants. We're benefitting from him having a point to prove.plymouth wanderer wrote:If we get promoted I reckon he would sign

We signed Warnock. After the transfer window closed.
We will sign a new Manager sometime...
How good is that?
