Re: Today I'm happy about......
Intended to go for an 8 mile walk today, it ended up being 13 miles due to me getting lost. I don't know if you can do to much exercise - is walking 80 miles on average a week and playing 6 a side two nights in a row each week to much?
The above post is complete bollox/garbage/nonsense, please point this out to me at any and every occasion possible.

Highly commendable and if you feel okay from it then the answer's no. You'll know when it's too much; your body will tell you.bwfcdan94 wrote:Intended to go for an 8 mile walk today, it ended up being 13 miles due to me getting lost. Eldest son has just spent 4 days promoting the game he programmed with Stitch Games - at the Eurogamer Expo, Earl's Court..
it's getting very favourable reviews!

scroll down to his section: Best of the Leftfield Collection (small independant games companies)
and read the second entry about my son's game - Rok...

TBF I walk at least 8 miles everyday anyhow(I live out of the stick and have a 4 mile walk to the station in the morning and then the same back in the evening). The reason for this is that although there is a bus it costs £5 for a return, even a 10 trip(as in 5 returns) is £35. I already pay £56 a month for 1 stop(3 miles on the train), if I started getting the bus I would have no money to go and watch Bolton at all. Being on minimum wage I have to decide is important to me and what isn't.TANGODANCER wrote:Highly commendable and if you feel okay from it then the answer's no. Am I missing something here? It's been a very long week. But if 1 return costs £5, then Shirley 5 returns should cost at the most £25?bwfcdan94 wrote:TBF I walk at least 8 miles everyday anyhow(I live out of the stick and have a 4 mile walk to the station in the morning and then the same back in the evening). Sorry I meant 10 returns, I'm an idiot! Believe it or not I never had a bicycle as a kid, so never learnt.

Never too late Dan. Does your employer operate the 'cycle to work' scheme? Mine does, so i'll be buying one and saving the tax and NI on the payments. Got to be worth your while.bwfcdan94 wrote:Sorry I meant 10 returns, I'm an idiot! Believe it or not I never had a bicycle as a kid, so never learnt.

Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

Well done Keyser. Off to the Big Country..
We Skyped our lad in California last night, bears no relation to New York since it's on the opposite coast,of course, but the temp there was 103 (eight hour time difference, 9-0'clock our time was 1-0'clock theirs)
