C'mon Wimbledon.
Re: FA Cup 4th Round
If this turns into a match thread, I hope there's more in the locker than that!

Re: FA Cup 4th Round
Part of me wants Liverpool to win tonight so that I can see Bolton have the pleasure of knocking Gerrard out of his last ever FA Cup game.

Neither have they lately, they play at Kingstonian's ground in Kingston.
It's quaint, not sure it's worth the journey from Bolton.
Architecturally speaking that is.

They'll have the "Justice for Stevie" gear in production already.CrazyHorse wrote:Part of me wants Liverpool to win tonight so that I can see Bolton have the pleasure of knocking Gerrard out of his last ever FA Cup game.

That yellow card for a push by Akinfenwa in a game like this was ridiculous.

Well, judging by the first half it's still very much in the balance. Oh, and Wimbledon appear to have the biggest footballer EVER. Makes Dan Shittu look decidely featherweight!

Re: FA Cup 4th Round
Some truly heroic defending there by Wimbledon and their goalie was immense. I just got the feeling that if he'd gone for Gerards's second from the free kick with both hands he'd have saved it. Hard luck anyway. Liverpool it is.

I've heard their septuagenarian tea-lady is spectacular though.Enoch wrote:Neither have they lately, they play at Kingstonian's ground in Kingston.

So it's Rotherham away that makes room for it. Seems like a decent swap.
And what are the chances of the club making an absolute bollocks of ticket sales?

It'd almost be worth losing so Gerrard can get to the FA Cup Final on his birthday...

A good draw for us, we could shock them! Will bring in some nice funds as well.
They are already talking of the final and being the perfect send off for stevieme.

Shame that little old Bolton are currently in their way.
