I know Davies didn't have the most graceful exit but I don't have a hard time overlooking that considering everything he gave the club for 10 years.

His wife can go sit on a tack though.

Did anyone notice his whine after prestons game on Sunday ? (After the way I was treated at Bolton) .
FFS give it up man.You was treated very, very well by BWFC and rewarded very handsomely. The way he still whinges anyone would think we made him homeless and destitute.Starting to tarnish what he achieved here working alongside top drawer players methinks..

Watch football league show at the end of prestons game! 31 minutes in and kd is interviewed and says (Preston has been great for me after what happened at Bolton)

I think his atrocious record at PNE shows we did the right thing in binning him off when we did. He was finished

Yes.. Majority going to KiDs of Bolton, the rest to pay for the overheads of hosting the match

Absolutely not going, Davies was brilliant at BWFC but over stayed, we hung on to him 2 seasons too many and his lack of grace towards the club since being binned off is disgraceful.
Is it just me? Every time he said something about the club it just sounded like it was straight out of the whiney WAG's mouthpiece or Twitter account!

I'll go, more out of interest in running the rule over all of Plymouth White's new signings. ;)

Has it been confirmed? A thread title posted in good faith 11 months ago may now seem slightly misleading... There was no mention of it in the pre-season schedule announced earlier this month (and posted here).

I suppose it could be the home date on the last day of July but that wouldn't be much of a dress rehearsal for the season to come, and after that we're into the thick of the fixture list with games in the league and League Cup, placing demands on players and fans...
YtarmyYtarmy wrote:Not sure if this is has been mentioned in other posts etc ... But I was wondering when SKD's testimonial would be, so via the power of twitter I asked and got the following reply.

"hopefully August 2015, just waiting for confirmation. Got a few ex players confirmed already if it all goes ahead"

I know its a good 12 months away, but hopefully we would get a good plethora of ex legends back and a good turn out for our Kev

Dave Sutton's Barnet - it's been postponed until next year after he decided to play on for another year.

Interesting that in the same interview he said he didn't expect a new contract at Deepdale and that he is thinking of doing one more year. Presumably he thinks Emma will have no difficulty finding him a new club.

He also said he's had a good two years with Preston and done all that was asked of him. Presumably, not much was required!

That's not strictly true

He previously stated that the clubs idea was a short legends match on the same evening as a first team friendly

He had 'so much interest from ex players' that he decided that wasn't enough and wanted to postpone it and have a stand alone game
