we're on about a certain forum member once rocked up at Craven Cottage and said he'd lost his tickets only to be issued with new ones.

there's a review at fansnetwork.co.uk which says this:
Suitable for away fans? Technically home fans only and they don't allow any club colours (though this gets flouted). With no colours on and not acting like dicks, sure.
