Re: Noo Years Resolutions
yep. its one of them bucket list events many mountain bikers aspire to... tbh its the only the mass start, with 250 riders, on a glacier, at 3300m that is mental, lower down it becomes a more familiar enduro like stage. a frickin long one at that tho! Ive raced loads of UK enduros last few years and this is kind of the next level, but basically its a good excuse for a nice weeks riding in the Alps, culminating in the race with qualifying the day before. cant wait! just hope we have the weather they did last year!

whey protein, press up handles, dumbbells all arriving today from Amazon. Just need to find a nice spot in the hall cupboard for them for roughly 2 to 3 weeks time when the motivation inevitably dies.

If you want we could team up and open an on-line gym equipment shop:
eg. One skipping rope, inexplicably bought, never used.
In a world that has decided
That it's going to lose its mind
Be more kind, my friends, try to be more kind.

One Reebok Exercise Bike. An unwanted gift. Surprisingly low mileage

6 days in. Not a drop. No DTs either. Which is nice.
