And the points go to Nicko. Let 2 goals through his legs in the first 10 minutes and we thought that was the last we'd see of him!Nicko58 wrote:Is it Jääskeläinen?Leyther_Matt wrote: Think much, much better than him.

And the rest mostly did all right... But not Beardsley... Bit harsh on Beardsley to a certain extent, seem to remember he changed the game when coming on at Coventry, inspiring a comeback from 2-0 down to 2-2 and then scored in midweek at Barnsley. Soon went downhill after a fall out with Todd thou...

Re: Seeing as no-one else has. HULL.
That first 10 minutes was just all out surreal, scoring with our first three attacks and hitting the post with our fourth. Certainly shows Dougie CAN mix up his tactics if he sees fit. Must admit we seemed unnecessarily nervy for the last 20 minutes of the first half, and we only really picked up ag...

Re: Derby away
Just double checked my Derby tickets and it's printed on £20 advance, £23 match day.Annoyed Grunt wrote:Is that not just Barnsley?Leyther_Matt wrote:I'm going, can't grumble at £20 a ticket.
2-1 Bolton, Dawson and Craig Davies.
Think it's cheaper to buy in advance than on the day for anyone not sorted yet btw.

One from left field;

Just had a sports reporter at the Milton Keynes Citizen suggest to us there are rumours down there Marvin Sordell could be heading to MK Dons on loan.
Nothing in the pipeline on that as far as we know but one to keep an eye on.

Re: Everton In The Cup
On a negative note - Are there a bigger bunch of to55ers than Everton fans? Every time we play em, there's bother of some sort. We were in the west upper. Clearly something happened further along after they scored the second but I couldn't see what it was. Could any of you see it? What as going on?...

Re: Everton In The Cup
I would dispute Pratley lacking quality when considering his work in the build up for our goal. Tremendous performance from the whole side. Criticism of Eagles is harsh, his ball across the box in the second half was crying out for a goal if Sordell had gone for broke and attacked it. Playing agains...

Only 'the goal that never was' registers with me when it comes to Everton. The rest is insignificant in comparison.

I was proper gutted when McAteer and (eventually) Stubbs left. Stubbs did sign my shirt though at Super John's testimonial so I can't let myself get too annoyed by him somehow.

Re: Everton In The Cup
Picked mine up today, mentioned the problem with the website and not being able to get your own seat - the guy selling the tickets said" yeh there's always a problem with the website, glad I work here then I can just pick it up " !!! I suggested that they get someone to look at it and tie in your s...
