Re: Everton In The Cup
Just bought mine. The whole of the South Stand is closed (where my season ticket usually is) so we get to invade the other terraces, meaning that they probably just decided it was easier to open the whole lot up on a first come first served basis. I would doubt that your season ticket is for the So...

Have you logged in to your account (and does it match the client reference on your season ticket) before trying to buy anything? It doesn't link your season ticket to a seat you're trying to buy. Maybe a way round it is Auto Cup tickets, like United do? Opt in and get your season ticket seat, or op...

Re: Biggest club in the North East: Sunderland Replay
Just got home from the game, absolutely terrific performance. Some of our passing play was a joy to watch which certainly backs up the theory that you get a lot less time on the ball in the Championship. Alonso immense AGAIN and Lonergan deserves a chance in the league now, safe as houses at the bac...

Re: Your supporters
Even more empty seats when the second goal went in. Such a sweet win tonight after all the stick about our crowds. Didn't hear a peep out of their lot tonight. We must have made a bit of a racket judging by Lonergan acknowledging us from the other end of the ground!

I did send a post-game tweet after the Birmingham game, yeah.

Definitely not true. We'd sold 200 as of earlier this morning.89bwfc89 wrote:Just heard a rumour that we have sold 65 tickets for the match.

Sod it, I'm in. Excuse for a couple of days off work. Can't see us winning the tie but you never know.

Re: Millwall @ The Reebok
As for Alonso getting MOTM, that's laughable. Embarrassing to watch and have him represent this club. Give over. Apart from him resembling a frustrated striker when he wanders upfield sometimes, he was the best player on the park a lot of the time today. Completely unconnected but just remembered i...

Re: Millwall @ The Reebok
No complaints from me, our best second half for a long while and, for once, no questions could be asked about our effort or desire. We were a terrific clearance away from getting all three points and created plenty of half chances and played with some a decent tempo. Granted it was a poor start and ...

No idea if I can make either game, but got my mate to pick a bundle for me anyway. Worth the risk at a tenner.

Mixed feelings on Petrov's departure. A lazy mardarse a lot of the time, but was also one of our few players of genuine quality. Wouldn't say recalling Wylde is the solution either.

Oh Christ, don't start this again. Go through the history books and you'll see that for some reason our fans very rarely turn out for cup games, even for League Cup semi finals in recent years.
Would piss my sides if there are only about 15,000 at the replay though.

Re: FA Cup 2012/2013 - Third Round.
Does Lonergan deserve his shot in the league on this performance? He made a couple of top drawer saves and couldn't really do much about either goal, but he didn't control the box very well, and his communication seemed to be on a par with Bogdan and Sooty. It should at least put a certain amount o...

Re: FA Cup 2012/2013 - Third Round.
Makes no bones about it, Sunderland send pretty much as strong a side as they could put out, yet for the first hour we could have been out of sight. Play like that in the league and Sunderland will be coming to us again next season. Lets see how many millions they bring when that happens (or indeed ...
