International rules were far more lax back then, Kubala, another of the hungarian greats, played for 4 different countries in his life. Franco's regime was known to give Spanish nationality almost automatically to great footballers (Puskas, Kubala, Di Stefano) in order to raise the team's profile.

He means the midfielder from the B team, not the late 90s third choice keeper. Ok. If it's that Arnau I saw very little of him. Didn't impress me much, to be honest. Showed little composure on the big stage although he was rushed on difficult games because of injuries without a proper transition/le...

Re: Hooo Village Idiot...

This Arnau... Any idea why wor Royston of Keane isn't giving the lad a chance? Does he have a history of not working hard or something, over at Barca? Baffles the Sunderland fans as to why he hasn't been given a chance yet... Arnau was one of a long string of post-Hesp keepers victims of the overal...

I once had a knee ligament problem and the op was optional, just to speed up the recovery (it healed naturally, just took longer).

Seen him a lot in old films. He was called "Little Cannon" here due to his unstoppable shot. One of the few Real players I'll openly confess that I admire

Spain 0 - Rumania 1  :spank: did you care though? really? did you though? Not really. My amount of care for the Spanish team is proportional to the number of catalans in the starting XI. Only Cesc the last day (and still haven't forgiven him poofing of to Arsenal). I was on the moon when Spai...

Milwall in screwing small clubs non-shocker

A friend who lives in Portsmouth send me this and it made my blood boil. Massive police presence for Millwall visit HUNDREDS of police officers swamped the streets around Fratton Park last night for the FA cup clash between Havant and Waterlooville and Millwall. And the visiting team lived up to its...

Goldfinger, definitely. Best opening song of the series too.

I also like Thunderball a lot, and honorable mention to "The Spy who loved me" for introducing Jaws!

as utterly wank as Richardson is, it's his leftwingedness that gets him the call up. No it's not It's sheer fcuking incompetence and big club bollocks Are you saying he's better than Barry? isn't he injured too? Matt Taylor has been doing well at LW at Pompey, for example. At least is doing better ...

Microsoft has a noble purpose. Their software is so dodgy and full of loopholes than all hackers try to exploit it, leaving less popular software untouched upon and safe (like Firefox).
