Manny Pacquiao
Did anyone see Pacquiao's fight against David Diaz on Sat/Sun? It was a phenomenal performance, winning every single round before knocking Diaz out in the 9th with a short left cross. Fair play to Diaz in sticking at it but he get absolutely battered, suffering a brutal cut in the first couple of ro...

I only use chat-up lines when I used to be after a one night stand. Otherwise I prefer to mix within my own circle, if that doesn't sound too incestuous. I like to know them socially before I'd want to go out with them, for the fact that you know whether you like them as a person or not. As you say ...

That's lame as f*ck. Yeah it probably doesn't cut it with the hardened whores  that you talk to, everyone i've tried it on thought it was 'cute' and made me instantly appear safe. If you think any one line will get a woman into bed - good luck to you. Easy tiger, touched a nerve?? Hardened wh...

I think Ricky should pack it in, his legacy is only going to be damaged if he carries on. I like Malinaggi, but nobody is going to give a shit if Ricky beats him because Malinaggi is for the most part a nobody. He's got nothing to prove and even less to gain unless he can beat someone like Mayweath...

1. Should Hatton retire? 2. Did anyone see the Danny Williams fight in Germany? 1. After the Lazcano fight I've heard a number of people stating that Hatton should retire. To make this call from that fight is ridiculous. Hatton was coming off the back of a big defeat, his first ever, and was, by his...

Son of Rambow looks a bit meh imho. For some reason it seems like a mix between napoleon dynamite and billy elliot :S though one shouldn't judge a book by its cover I guess Either way, reckon it'll be hard pushed by The Cottage to be British Film of the year: http://www.empireonline.com/news/story....

As I said he does look to have ability, some of his passes were crisp and intelligent. The problem was that Rochdale only had one player ahead of him with a decent touch so he hardly had many options. Certainly wouldn't criticise him from what I saw but nothing to write home about - he did only play...

Did ok actually. Looked to feed passes on the floor to Le Fondre who perked up a bit when he realised someone with a footballing brain was there. Looked a bit lightweight and tentative in the tackle but had a decent touch and passing range. That's the positives. Disappointly he didn't see all that i...

We don't know we're born.....
I had the pleasure of attending a League Two game last night due to a friend of mine playing for one of the clubs. The match in question was Stockport v Rochdale, two teams battling to make it into the play-offs. What an absolute shocker. True the conditions were pretty grim last night but christ on...

Mixu as Hibs boss
Hibs just appointed Mixu as their new boss - nice one fella.
With him and Coyle making their way (is Brown a complete no no now?) looks like we might have some ex players to poach as future managers???
