Kinda my thoughts too. I reckon it's broken enough to piss them off and speak to their solicitor - that's what I'd do anyway! So it'll prob be cheaper to get it fixed now than let them do it and send me the bill!!

I guess the best bet is to rope in a couple more full paying adults! We priced it up for just he 4 of us (2 adults /2 kids) I know a few people who go regular and they all love it! Gonna look into it again...

Sold our house. Got a sliding patio door that is faulty, lever handle lock doesn't engage so we can push it to but it isn't really secure.
