Re: Division Four, 2020-?

Well folks money isn't everything and I'm sure we'll have at least some competitive edge in terms of pulling players. Whilst teams like Barrow may be the new up and comers with a good manager heading into the league, the fact that we've got a massively higher quality stadium and facilities may prove...

How come we don't have any strikers/forwards on the bench?

Injuries or some back handed insult of 'your not playing well enough'?

Re: Deduction prediction

I suspect that the punishment will be around 6 points and doled out either at the start of the next season, or at the end of this, depending on where we finish. If we finish in the drop zone, they can easily add a points deduction without impacting the squad. If we finish well above the drop zone, i...

Re: Can we give the junior citizens the blues? Man City u23s EFL Trophy (H) 29.10.19 KO 7pm

Quite like the idea of the lower league cup. Hate the idea that the U21's were introduced into the competition though. How demoralizing for fans to know that their first team is worse than some premier league sides U21 team. Play the youth team. Let the lads have a run in the team. Ironically, you ...

Lets sign Yannick. Put him straight in the first team.

Yannick's no Chris Herd however....

Re: Should we try to bring back Wellington silva

What a strange question to ask.

Fairly certain playing top level football in his home country is a far more exciting prospect than coming to a struggle league one club with points deductions and more expected.

Re: Darren Pratley - yeh or nah

I've never been that impressed with Pratley. Came here under the guise that he was well rated at Swansea but didn't deliver that expectation. Add to that we've had a steady decline for years his time here wasn't helped by those around him. He gave a good account of himself and never said a bad word ...

Re: Josh Magennis

Can understand his situation to some extent but to not play after getting paid (allegedly) then it is a poor show. If he wanted to leave that badly he shouldn't have been turning up to training. Not playing today is punishing the fans who have been rather tolerant of his piss poor performances last ...

A win today would be great. Not so much for the three points but more for the history books, like McGinlay in the net for example.

To take such a threadbare squad and get something from it would be immense. (wishful thinking of course)

Re: Onwards and Downwards: 2020 transfer speculation thread.

I'd say the Otzumer move would also depend on who is taking us into League One next season. Can't think he'll want to stay if the manager doesn't really think he is good enough. This. We knew we were relegated and Parky never played him in the last few games. It says sling your hook to me. He'd don...

https://bit.ly/2Y31tIs Bullet dodged? All part of a game? Admin looming? What the actual feck happens now? Cynic in me thinks this is all the plan of Ken Anderson. Seems like they're drawing it out even further unnecessarily. I have no faith that Bassini will deliver on time and I fear the worst for the club.

Dean fecking Holdsworth Great striker for us Been an absolute Cnutbucket for us. Hope he gets run over by the tube. Not entirely sure we can rest this at the door of Deano. He helped buy the club and was turfed out by Anderson due to him forcing the sale of his shares. Hardly seems like the type to...

Re: A win would bee too late! Versus Brentford. Home Sat 27th April. 3-0'clock k

I wonder how many people care for this season. It's a complete write off from the looks of it. Paying the players will not detract from the fact they do not want to be caught up in this situation. Nobody does. So we might as well start playing people who appreciate some game time and give the player...
