Jethro Tull - Stormwatch. It's more awful than it sounds (although Warm Sporran's quite enjoyable).

Cowmans' (Clitheroe) Pork and Black Pudding win the day on that front. Obviously no good as your staple sausage, but unbeattable as an occasional treat.

I can't say I've tried Pork and Tripe, or Beef and Trotter, but I'm willing to try anything twice...
