Re: Between the lines. Home to Reading, Sat 21st Sept/ 3'oclock.
I mean, if we lose this one he’s definitely gone, right? There's a bit of a problem once you're on this bus. The final destination keeps changing and additinal stops get added on the way. I think despite some people thinking the Club should have just gone L2, 1 year, L1, 1 year, most folks recognis...

I fear for this one. Unless its a barnstorming start for us I can see the players quickly retreating into their shells with the ensuing atmosphere heading Megson's way. Evatt probably needed an away tie next up.

Re: The ianevattable sacking
They need to be lining up a replacement ready for the ianevattable. Problem here is that the available candidates change all the time. Schumacher won't avoid other jobs waiting for a call from a team below his current level. Those youthful coaches who might step up will have other chances to do so ...

Re: The ianevattable sacking
Oh dear. Where to start? Blaming a coach you recently hired, having seen them in action as your B team manager and acting 1st team coach, is a bit like spending money on Dan after what can only be described as a shit 6 month loan. The coach has been getting the message across in training for the las...

For me, coming out with "I don't know what to do", regardless of anything else, means he has to go. You can't verbalise that and expect the players to have confidence and belief in you and what you're trying to do. You might get away with the fans losing confidence and belief for a time, but as soo...

None of these are fit to wear the white shirt. All of them and Evatt and Markham are taking the piss out of this great club. Evatt and Markham need to go tonight. No excuses. Go tonight or continue to disgrace the name of this club. I'd keep Markham. Evatt, yeah, he has to go. Same, I don't think t...

I know you sometimes have to break stuff to ultimately fix it, but it is sounding like in trying to fix the issues from last year he's totally broken it. I can only see it going from bad to worse from here

Re: Dem Bones, Dem Bones, Dem Bare Bones....
On the first point, even when I was a kid I worked out that "Liverpool have never lost when Ian Rush has scored" can be reworded as "Liverpool's losses have all come when Ian Rush didn't score." And they were hardly a bad team.... I was in hospital when I was a 20 year old and next door but one bed...
