Re: Summer 2020 transfers

I'm not seeing any evidence of any bugger on the pitch organising prior to danger, and a mixture of questioning/confusion after the danger. If Baptiste was cast in that role, then I'm not seeing it. I suspect the notion is if we get it right in training then that should translate into people clearly...

Re: Summer 2020 transfers

Assuming we are now at our squad cap I’d still be looking for a proper centre half and if needs be I’d rip up the contract of one of the current crop to facilitate it. Yup. I think part of the problem is, when you look at our squad list, we count 12 Defenders...None of them look like capable of lea...

I’m not seeing it. Gone by the end of next month is my prediction.
Could well be. Depends entirely on the players. If they don't buy into it he'll be gone.
No. He's assembled a squad , it depends on his ability to get those players to buy into it.

Re: What's the collective noun for a group of wheelchair bound detectives? Newport County at home. 26th Sep 2020 3.00pm

We look like a very weak side. Our best player to me is Doyle but nothing is coming up to him. Our midfield is weak, slow, predictable and easy to defend against. No penetrating passes, not picking up the runs of our forward players, focused on possession and not penetration. Are they playing to in...

Santos is the worst footballer I've ever seen play organised football. Like with a ref.
He wouldn't get any better without a ref.

Santos is just wonderful to watch. Makes me wonder why I didn't try to be a footballer. He leads me to believe that even at the age of 54 a future as a professional footballer might still lie ahead of me. Commentator "we've used three substitutes, I'd just take him off"... Let's sign more attackers.

Re: Summer 2020 transfers

What's happened to Miller? - I heard reports of "niggling injuries" after Crewe game, but this seems to be a bit more than niggling...not on the bench again

Re: Summer 2020 transfers

We've had defenders with more own goals in a season than that. Ha! Aye. I'm trying not to ne massively underwhelmed, but he's in the shirt now so he gets my support until he loses my trust... :D Indeed. As in the case of one Kevin Davies, stats don't always tell the story. Could he be a big unit, a...

I'll happily drive the crane.
In that scenario, I'd beg: don't drop him. He'll make a hole in the yard.
If it means their attackers drop down the bugger, it's a plan!

For you nichaldo, just coincidences with their nickname.

Ah, now I get it. Well, it's much better than my effort would've been. :D

It's a reference to our back four.
I know which group are more mobile.
