If we're counting watching remotely, I think the largest football crowd might be a *touch* over 200k.
Fair point, well made.

Spoiler alert, we are Bolton we still lost 😂 We've just been knocked out of the FIFA thing. Lost 4-1 to Standard Liege. Harry Brockbank was on the controls. https://m.twitch.tv/shadoowfifa/profile Against a professional Fifa player though. Sorry. You mention there "a professional Fifa player". Some...

Stay in. But you're ok to walk in the park as long as you observe the 2m guidance. Could they make it any more confusing? Agreed, should be stay in and only go out if really necessary. Saw on the news earlier those idiots using the outdoor gyms as a group because the indoor ones were closed, defeat...

Re: General Chit Chat

If they'd all bought extra in weeks ago (bearing in mind the first real news on this was what? 8 weeks ago?). Then there would just have been a panic then, instead. No there wouldn't, like us no one noticed a few extra bags of frozen veg and fish, another 4 pack of beans and tomatoes and the odd bo...

^^ They didn't take much time to blame the unpremeditated inter national global financial meltdown in 2008 on Labour. Luckily for Boris, they're a set of right wing bastards, so he'll get painted as a hero, the other side of this crisis. Brown nose was busy carrying on Bliars deregulation route and...

Re: General Chit Chat

Hoboh, I already said I was more concerned about the actions from the last week or so, where there's been fairly self evident pressure on supply chains. We have no notion how long this will last so how much do you buy? A months worth? Six months worth? Many people don't have reserves of cash that wo...

Get yourself off down the local.

Landlord posted a video yesterday around 15:00 when it's normally starting to get busy as parents nip in to douse the pain before picking up their bin lids.

There was only him in.

Re: The Politics Thread

Government needs to get a grip on a few fronts. It's fine announcing rescue packages, but they need something to back them up. Like how they work. Daughter got laid off yesterday as there's too little business coming through the door, and behind the headlines nothing much has changed - she'll be fin...

The wankers that are out buying 10 packs of 9 bog rolls, 8 pints of milk, 15 hand sanitisers. Not the people who cautiously bought a little stock 6 weeks ago. I'm fcuked off that the stores didn't impose "rationing" much earlier last week, when they could see that this was starting to occur. Don't ...
