Re: General Chit Chat
Gosh. My snowflake has melted. 4 people listed and you only managed to misspell and name call the Labour ones, despite pretending to us you think they're all shocking. Did I say abolish the monarchy? I just pointed our they're descended from pretty much everything people seem to be up in arms about....

Yeah - can see the logic there. But then there's a few who don't get a rest - Jones, Toal, Williams, Thomason - of those, hopefully Williams is "rested" and just needs some running back in his legs, so maybe not critical, I'd like to get Thomo a rest in one of them and a bit of "wait and see" for To...

Are there "rules" around FA Cup and strength of team? I'm not sure they're as "specific" as the EFL Trophy....I too, would be inclined to give some game time out - not specifically "weaken" by playing the under 10's, but we have some players who need some pitch time. I suspect IE will still want to ...

Well! With the naming of the names it looks like Scoobie doo, Whinge & Cringe are going to go down like the Titanic. We should hold the Royal family up as testament to our multiculturalism, coming across here as immigrant families from minor houses in Germany and we hold them dear to our hearts. Th...

Overall not unhappy with the point. Not quite sure how we didn't bag between 55-75 minutes. As much as I gave them the 1st half, second was ours overall. Suspect Baxter might have made the better saves in the round.

Decent enough half between two pretty evenly matched sides on the night. Baxter had more to to than their fella so I'd probably say they shaded it. Didn't think ref had been too bad tbf.

I do find the argument that "yeah, our squad looks alright now, but look how weak it was when we had three or four players out injured" rather curious. Show me a team in this league, or the one above, come to that, that WOULDN'T struggle for strength in depth with nearly half a dozen first-teamers ...

Re: Whatever floats your boat.. V Oxford United, Tuesday 28th Nov.7-45.
If it's Randell on the bench I'd say Jerome should be the most likely to give way. Which would presumably make the subs Bod, Dan, CMG, Dempsey, Morley, Williams, Forrester – although given the game importance (and Iredale's presence as spare centre-back) Coleman might replace Forrester on the bench...

I don't have a problem with confidence, it's a positive with a bit of a swagger maybe. Over-confidence is the problem. We'd be stupid to take a game against the team in third, with anything other than the respect it deserves, but we should be confident in what we're doing right now.

Re: Beware of Grecians bearing gifts. Home v Exeter City, 25th Nov. 3-0'clock.
I'm not getting too carried away at the moment, even though a 7-0 is a thing of beauty. It's still pretty tight across the top three at the moment and the next two league games will give us better clues than us thrashing a team that also has a 9-0 and a 5-0 on its rap sheet. I wouldn't be too unhap...
