Personally I think we have quite a few players who either haven't really got their mental state right for this division or are probably paid too much for what they offer the club. I don't think what is happening to us is that rare for a relegated long term premiership side. In fact it's the norm sad...

We do now need to get behind them. We are in a battle to stay up again. Things are not going for us and it would be easy to let the frustration suck us down.

Derby have only lost twice at home this season. With the injuries and given how we played, it is two points dropped. The loss of two points was down to an individual error by one player who was on the park due to a suspension. Sounded to me like we played well, kept it tight and did everything right tactically. It's coming good slowly but surely. sadly that's not half quick enough for some on here with an agenda ...

Sounds like we're still going for it though. Come on... Trouble is we weren't exactly going for it when we had Craig Davies and David N'Gog on. The subs in the last few matches meant that Bolton went on the attack. If we would've started with the impetus of attacking maybe we would've seen this mat...

Yep.. I'm trying to like Spearing, as he's full of effort and gets stuck in. But he's just not that good. Limited passing range, tends to waste the ball a bit and it's not often he covers the full-backs.. So often, Mears will show a winger inside and then he has all the time in the world to switch ...
