Re: Next England Manager

Fair doos. 'cept that hasn't worked so far. Anyway, Alan Pardew has apparently ruled himself out of the job. By what measure has it not worked? As pointed out, Capello has a far better record than McClaren did. Is it that Capello has done as well as any manager could have? I don't know...but ...

Re: Next England Manager

I can't wait to see Redknapp's unique brand of attacking football: ie; Lob it up to the big man and everyone else run around him It begs the question, where has Redknapps "international credentials" sprung from all of a sudden? Capello a man who has managed at the very top club wise, and won trophi...

unless Big Sam is in the frame. 8) Mate of mine was at a dinner with Big Sam, Phil G and their wives just after he'd got the bum's rush from the FA. BSA's Mrs was telling him that he was absolutely dumbstruck that he didn't get the gig. I never knew that it had effected him quite so badly . Really?...

Re: Twitching Harry

I think giving a manager a "% of sell ons" as a bonus is inherently wrong. Give them a % of profits, that reflects the overall success, or otherwise of the company. Give them a bonus based on league position if you want, or trophies etc. But bonus for selling players at profit is open to all sorts ...

Remember the judge apparently stressed upon the jury in summing up that Mandaric and Redknapp were "decent blokes".....or wtte.

Re: BOLTON v THE PIE MEN

Been told by Coyle to up his workrate. In training and on the pitch. He, being a mard-arse has taken exception to it. Moaned like feck, so Coyle has told him, in that case, he's not needed. It's been rumbling for a while. I'm not ITK at the club or anything like that. But Klas isn't exactly one to ...

Watching games live, can give you an entirely different perspective to someone who watches online or TV. Its easy live to get swept along with a crowd criticising the ref for decision after decision where the guy watching at home, doesn't feel it is as unfair, seeing every decision in its isolation....

Re: stop subbin' muamba

People are getting confused that this is about Muamba per se. Its not. Its that in the premiership whatever system you play you need a ball winner, preferably a mobile athletic one. Muamba is a ball winner. As is Holden. Last season when Muamba was subbed or left out, Holden could compensate to an ...
