Re: Barca v Chelsea
LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF THE GAME!! I actually backed Chelsea to get through before the 1st leg, and had goosebumps when Torres went clean through. Amazing performance, and it is fantastic to see an English team back in the final.

Re: Onwards and Upwards Everton vs Bolton (Match thread)
I would like to think that the formation last night will be used at home too. I see it as a 4-2-3-1 with Petrov, M. Davies and Eagles all supporting Ngog, with Muamba & NRC covering the back 4. I think we all knew that defeat last night would have probably meant the end for us due to the next set of...

£1 on 5-0 at 100/1. God bless you Muamba & Tuncay for keeping it that way!
Awesome performance against, as has been said, a very tired Stoke side.

Re: Bolton v Stoke
Davo has to play!! Ngog is not a lone striker. I like the look of BWFCI's line up and this is the one I'd go with, but change one or two: Jussi Steinsson Wheater Cahill Alonso Eagles Muamba NRC Kakuta Tuncay K Davies Is Alonso back? Played 90 minutes yesterday and said via twitter "roll on Sunday"....

Re: Honestly what needs to be done ?
I think one thing we need to address is the squad rotation policy in place at the moment. Coyle doesn't know what his best XI is. The players who we know can do a good job at this level should be playing despite form. Form is temporary. Keep the faith with one team and get them playing well together...

Re: Time to go
Definitely time for Coyle to walk or be fired. The issue for me, and it shows how inept he is, is that the team changes every single week in the hope that he will get it right one week. Darren Pratley is by far and away one of the worst players I've ever seen in a Bolton shirt, and that includes Ger...

Re: engerrrland
I'd like to see Capello come out and say he's contemplating not taking Rooney. Show some balls. Why should another striker be put in the team to do all they can to see us through to the QF stage, only for Rooney to be picked automatically ahead of them when his ban ends? Yes, he's a quality striker,...

Re: Wiggin game
Kakuta hasn't played in the PL for us. I don't see him starting a game before making some sub appearances. Surely Coyle has seen enough this season to know that starting KD is not wise given a full complement to choose from. 4-5-1- away please. I think 4-5-1 against this lot is the wrong message to...

Re: Wiggin game
If Coyle sticks to his 4 4 2 then Kakuta has to start on one wing with Eagles on the other Riki in at left back with NGog and Klass up front Wheater should replace Knight and Bogdan to remain in goal he'll want (need) a chance to redeem himself. if he starts with Robbo KD or Knight then we may as w...

Re: Coyle out?
I think the other question that needs answering is: "If Coyle was to go, who do we bring in?"
Mark Hughes?
Martin O'Neill? (if he'd come that is!)

Re: Coyle out?
I don't think sacking him now would do us any good however as has already been stated, the next 3 games are crucial. 7 points from a possible 9 will save Coyle from the sack. A defeat to any of Wigan, Sunderland & Swansea is unthinkable. He has brought some seriously average players on board, and pl...

Re: Zat Knight
Very impressed with how we played for most of today and great effort. But when is Coyle going to see sense and finally drop zat knight.Never comfortable whenever he has the ball and is always prone to making an error or just hoofing it when wheater is a much better option with Cahill and they both ...

Re: TKIZ's impossibly brilliant all new Transfer Rumours thr
I'd be VERY happy if Tuncay did sign. I wanted us to sign him before he went to Stoke. Think he's a quality player and certainly gives us an attacking midfielder / forward who can score!

Re: Bolton v QPR
Police have asked all London clubs to call the games off! I think it's Coyle's doing! He's clearly begged the FA for more time to sign a striker. Have they? Or is that just made up? Beeb are reporting that there have been "discussions" around the weekend games, but sensibly a decision won't be made...

As I said on Twitter yesterday, I know a good friend of Cahill's and he did not have a medical yesterday with Arsenal. However, he didn't confirm or deny that one was planned Quiet you - we're trying to sell him Hey I'm with you pal, I'm desperate for us to sell him! His mate told me he'd keep me u...
