I don’t think any of the back three covered themselves in glory. Wing backs defended well enough but Jones Santos and Toal all struggled with Cosgrove. Over both games I think we deserved it but fair feck* to Barnsley they didn’t lie down and made it close - I thought we would turn it on second half...

Look - I suspect most are getting jittery. Mentions of Knight and that night should be banned (I was there I still feel sick thinking about it). This isn’t about referees. That night we were done but we also did ourselves. Tonight if the ref is bad we have to rise above it and do our jobs. Agreed!

The one that was disallowed is for a push I think - there’s a video on Twitter from the stand you can see. It’s marginal… Thomason rugby tackles someone on the third, but I don’t think it affects the goal it’s not in the flight path for the ball.
