Re: Dingle Bells, Lennon Smells - Rovers (H) 28/12/15
Bloody brilliant! Wheater, Moxey and Holding top notch today... Prince had his moment or two as usual. And there should have been 4 pens by my count. Three to us, Vela's shot, Moxey going down and the handball that was called a foul against Madine early on. Where did the 5 minutes added on come from...

Re: If carlsberg did transfer threads.....This would be it!
Melbourne based Wanderer here... Brattan has been very decent in the A-League for the last couple of years, and a stand out in Brisbane's midfield. But that doesn't always translate to the Championship. Going in his favour are he's decent on the ball, throws his weight around and isn't afraid of tak...

Re: Holden on to nothing?
Hopefully this is a hamstring muscle strain, and not knee related. Although walking off doesn't really indicate either way. In Australian professional football there would be 30 ACL knee injuries each year, and all are back playing within 12 months with no adverse affects on their physical performan...

Re: (QP)R We Gonna Pick Up Our First Win Of The Season?
This one is live into Australia, as is next week against Blackburn. That's three out of the first five, which ain't too shabby. Foxtel is covering the championship this season ? No, Setanta. Which I have through my Foxtel subscription. Setanta now has an online stream subscription which is $100 for...

Re: Reading
Massive pressure on Freedman to get the win today. There's no chance of winning at Forest next week so it's going to be a crap start if he doesn't beat Reading. No wins from the first three and his job is going to be on the line soon. What tripe. You're winding us up for sure mate. Tough derby away f...

Re: Stu Holden was fantastic tonight for the U.S
Here in Australia, the local sport of Aussie Rules has dozens of these ACL injuries each year. And there is a certain type of ACL that can have synthetic surgery (LARS) rather than grafting from the hamstring muscle, which has a turn around of less than 6 months. The procedures are so good that ther...

According to American BWFC blog "Lion of Vienna" he signed a 1 year extension in May, which has been confirmed by Mr Holden himself. Somewhere, somehow.

Sounds like a promising young player, although I'm thinking our midfield is looking pretty stacked (discounting injuries).

Sordell being slated for letting the ball run through, although 5 minutes earlier it set up a glorious chance for Pratley.
