The geographical proximity of old Trafford may have escaped your notice, so let me help you out - its very close to Bolton, and to about half the town its the nearest 'other' club. I, and probably many others, have always assumed that Blackburn or Burnley were your main rivals. If we are taking peo...

I cannot fathom why Bolton fans hate Roy Keane so much when he didn't play for your main rivals , nor has managed them; and I cannot fathom why most of you cannot let whatever your grudge is in the past. He has moved on, why don't you all do the same? You're having a laugh aren't you? We might be m...

I'm entirely unsure as to why ThePosterFormerlyKnownAsWhatever feels it necessary to slag off Ince. He's a Sunderland fan, right? Supporting a team managed by Roy Keane. And having a go at Paul Ince? Where's Mr Pot, we have Mr Kettle to meet him. I have no reason to slag off Roy Keane. The only thi...

Paul Ince is a c**t. Well argued. Well he is. No point beating about the bush. Cried racism when he was overlooked for other jobs, and will no doubt cry racism when he is sacked from Blackburn when they finally realise he is doing a crap job. Though, may he continue to do a fine job. And al...

You'll be going back next season too right?
Sadly, I don't think Burnley are good enough to come up.

How can he leave? Isn't he meant to be Utd's next manager? :conf: Man Utd wouldn't appoint someone who hasn't won anything of note. They will only appoint the very best. The rumours were, as said above, much ado about nothing. His family still live in the Cheshire area so it is common for him not t...

Why is it that Crawley Town have to pay back 50% of their debts, whereas Leicester and Leeds only need to pay off around 10%? Luton offered to pay off the whole of their debts when the new owners took over, but the HMRC said no. Crazy.

Ah, Scotland.

If only they had something to go on, rather than say "England cannae dee it cos they dinnae qualify" in their official '78 World Cup Song, or call themselves the 'unofficial world champions' after beating us in 1966 after we won the World Cup.

We're the obsessed ones, honest.

www.saynoto0870.com Or something, there's a site that lists the cheaper options (and often these aren't the outsourced numbers but actually get through to the UK). The numbers they list on that site are usually internal telephone numbers that aren't meant for the public domain. When I did a stint i...

To be fair, he played like he was pissed today.

People posting on that thread seem to have exagerrated a bit, like. He hasn't been poor all season, but hasn't set the world alight every game. Very poor challenge for their penalty. But we had enough dominance in the first half to kill the game off.

I always imagined that the only reason he took over Gretna was a sort of 'bet' among rich men. Sort of like 'Around the world in 80 Days', but involving a football club and taking them higher and higher. He had his dream to see Gretna play in Europe and he saw just that. They may have only lasted a ...

Which is three less than us, or weren't you at the Spurs game. Hull took their game to Old Trafford on Saturday and put 3 past them. I'd have Browny back like a shot. I agree. I have been impressed with Browny this season - he looks every inch a Prem manager, and his team does seem to have options ...

anyone want to tell me what it ACTUALLY says in diouf's contract about drinking? Anyone want to tell me what club rules there ACTUALLY are on drinking at Sunderland? Anyone want to tell me what diouy ACTUALLY did that night? It's my guess nobody can answer any let alone all these. In which case, wh...

Can someone explain to me why a few morons running on the pitch will get a lifetime ban but this rule does not apply to a certain player with a criminal record and a whole host of violent acts behind him? I'd rather ban any Sunderland fans who cheer that other thug Keane! That'd be nigh on 40K ever...

Talk of the week, Arsenal vs Spurs, 4-4. But there are a lot of Spurs fans who could say they were there but missed the last two goals. When Lennon equalised, there were tons of empty seats. Yet those that left will be the first ones to say: "Aye, I was there when the 3rd and 4th went in". People l...
