Re: The Politics Thread

Polls are going mental
YouGov has Tory lead down to 3 points
Dependent on turnout (YouGov presume 80% of 18-25 year olds will vote - seems unlikely but not impossible)
Chance to end 35 years of trickle down, free market neo liberal socially divisive rule.

Dreadful, nervy low quality fare
Hilarious 70's action in and around the ground

Really enjoyed myself

Re: Ryder Cup 2016

Re: 20/20 world cup

I love this site!! My tuppence England were favourites after taking those first three wickets (as high as 83% favourites iirc on that statistical thingy they put up) right until the last over. The bowlers had their plans for each WI batsmen and (almost) all were spot on. Stokes could have pitched it...

Re: Freedman gone

Well ... time will tell but I doubt at present he, ll get anything from say everton upwards. So what does he do? Scratch around the lower reaches of the prem trying to dodge the club that ends his never relegated rep? Or resurrect a bolton ?

Re: Freedman gone

Under the impression pulis left palace primarily because he didnt want his chairman telling him who or who not to sign? What has he got to lose by spending a couple of seasons at bolton? We, re such a basket case that if he "fails" his reputation wont be too badly damaged Succeeds in taking us back ...
