I can only echo Bruce's sentiments. RIP Marty. This weekend I'll sail on the mighty ocean of alcohol.

Re: Today I'm angry about.....
I drove from Bury to Braintree in 4 hours the other Friday night and back home in 3 hours on the following Sunday. Obviously, you're all doing it wrong. 8) What were you doing in Braintree? Parkrun? It definitely wasn't raining there. Visiting family. No parkrun on this occasion, but have done it b...

Re: Which muppet can we appoint next?
Mike Whitlow has just left Burton following 6 seasons running their academy..............Mmmmm  Maybe; that's all I'm saying. Was caretaker there after Rowett left but declared himself uninterested in the role full-time; according to the local paper he will now spend some time away from the ...

Re: "Who's laughing now eh?" - Middlesbrough (H) 16/04/16
Vela, Woolery (yes he has pace but we need a proper goal scorer) & Maher are not good enough even at League 1 level How can you possibly know this? Its my opinion chief, that's all - or can we not have opinions that may differ on a fans forum ? Don't be so mard. You're entitled to your opinion, but...

Re: "Who's laughing now eh?" - Middlesbrough (H) 16/04/16
I actually feel sorry for whoever is our next manager - who on earth could get this shower of shite playing as a team, even though they tried today we honestly look like a team at a charity match who have only just met on the day of match, they don't know each other and just play their own game.......

Not posted for a few weeks due to a lot of 'other' stuff needing my attention......However; I thought a very spirited performance today from a side who as we know are doomed, spineless, overpaid, don't give a toss etc..............I thought that today Derick played very well. Also I thought the rest...

Re: Help. missing chicken...
Take another chicken. Kill, pluck & gut. Spread a few feathers & swipe a bit of blood about the scene. Roast dead chicken for around 1.5 to 2 hrs dependant on size. When approached by neighbour, feign utter ignorance & walk away muttering something about foxes & problems. Slice cooked chicken thinly...

The irony for me is, if they had employed big Sam 5/6 years ago, they'd have probably won the Premiership, Sampions league and the FA Cup by now.

Re: Duggie Freedman
Don't know if I've posted this previously, and apologies if I have. But for all the Dougie is a tw*t sentiment, when I was a tad poorly the other year he and SKD (at the request of a mate of mine), sent me a personal get well letter. As such, I'll always regard him as a nice guy. Shit manager, but a...

Sir George Martin. General genius music producer of that early boy band 'The Beatles'. RIP And thanks. Though no particular fan of the Beatles, what Martin turned a bunch of three-chord chancers into was absolutely astonishing. Five Live has been covering the story for most of the day - glad to see...

And wolves score a 94th min winner vs Brizzle city. Are the dogheads about to keep our dream alive, or just enjoying the torture by heating the cutting blade a little hotter?

Some 70's era Whitesnake................... Ready 'n' Willing is one of my favourite albums. Always top 10. Such a great Blues/ Rock album. A great album, & one of many great album titles with a fnrrrr, fnrrrr, value! I remember years ago seeing them live a few times & Coverdale virtually shagging ...
