I created my own. Did anybody spot a bit of aggro between Zouma and (I think) Emmanuel at the final whistle? Zouma looked gutted at FT, to be fair. Hope he bounces back, because he's shown an awful lot of promise thus far

Re: Jack fell down and Hill came tumbling after. Sunderland @ Home. 21/09/2019 3pm

That has to be seen as a great point. Yes, it hurts to lose the win in injury time, but Sunderland have pulled 5 or 6 great saves out of Matthews and had the lion's share of chances. They're the pre-season promotion favourites and we've come out with a point; a point gained not through sticking 11 b...

Re: Will Hill thrill us at the Millers? Rotherham (A) Sat 14 Sep, 3pm

My twopenneth - the remainder of this season is nowt more than an extended pre-season for next year in League Two. Being dour, craggy, grinding out points here and there isn't going to keep us up, nor will it keep the fans onside. However, laying us out as a vast work in progress, setting the stall ...

Re: Will Hill thrill us at the Millers? Rotherham (A) Sat 14 Sep, 3pm

Unfortunate this is a week where we play midweek. Most of the new guys will surely need a week of recovery. A number of the kids might be required Tuesday... Dread to think what the score is going to be. I don't think many will get a rest as they need match practice. We need a striker playing soon ...

Rotherham will now consider themselves a very good side....doubtless. Compared to us I suppose they are. 7-1....ffs.....7-1....
Erm. Wasn't it 6-1? Did I miscount?

The Bolton Babes

I think we can all agree that our young'uns deserve enormous credit for their performances in unprecedented adversity over the opening month of the season. The Coventry game will live long in the memory. But which of them do we think are really in position to become a squad member this season? Alexa...

Re: Time to field the club Priest: A Vs Gillingham 31:08:19 3pm

There might be a rethink on ticketing bnow if loads of our fans decide to pile down there. I was just about to say that exact same thing. I've already got a group of 4 or 5 wanting to go, none of which would usually travel. Only selling tickets an hour and a half before kick off seemed ropey origin...

I'll ask again Hoboh 'Bertie you should be very careful what you post on social media, someone might just see it and go all legal on you'

What are you on about ?
I think it might have been the "what price for KA's head" comment.

He deserves to be remembered very fondly. Got us promoted, then survived, then did his damndest to keep the club afloat during quite possibly our darkest ever time.

I hope he goes on to bigger and better. Cheers for everything, Phil.

What the buggery-f*ck does a multi-millionaire clothes merchant want with a hotel anyway? https://kamaniproperty.com/ Because it's an "investment opportunity" protected by a politically-motivated low interest rate*, many rich folk get into property. Some of them, like the Kamanis, even use clean mo...

Who knows but if the club folds what the hell happens to the hotel? I wonder if the supporters trust and their high net worth individuals still think admin was the best way to resolve this? I heard the hotel was profitable. Without a club next door who knows. I just can't see how the hotel is viabl...

It was a stupid idea to build an expensive to maintain stadium in Horwich when we had a cheap one in Bolton. Aye. Shown nothing in the (admittedly short amount of) time he had on the pitch. Went hiding, picked the wrong passes, just didn't give any indication that he had that X-Factor that his supporters are adamant he has. Yep, he hadn't been paid - until he was. And now, after being paid, he's fecked off...

Re: Who's the naked woman on the white horse? H v Coventry 10/Aug/19

Nobody seems to begrudge paying £20 for a ticket, so riddle me this - If there were club representatives outside the ground tomorrow, collecting for unpaid staff, who amongst us would baulk at sticking a couple of quid into the bucket? Who would be against putting in, say, a fiver? If you'd be happy...
