Re: Diving Arsenal Players - The Least Shocking Admission Ever

Rob Holding just signed a new contract for us. Happy days. I like him as a player and he’s got a great attitude. Him, Tierney and Saka are probably the only 3 performed consistently well over the course of the season for us so far.

Re: The athletics/running thread

First ‘run’ of the year tonight. Nothing to write home about. Short and slow. However the chance to compare home schooling woes with an actual adult human whilst we take 1-1 exercise suddenly means running becomes a far more attractive proposition.

Re: The athletics/running thread

How are your feet LE? Anyone got any grand athletic ambitions for next year? Mine involve the usual eat less junk food, do more exercise which I will probably fail at before the first week of January is up. I’d also like to see myself high up the age rankings in triple jump as a V40 which was the sa...

Bridgerton. A racy glamorous period drama. Most of you lot would probably hate it but I’m really enjoying.

Re: General Chit Chat

Struggling to remember what day it is between Christmas and new year. It’s weird enough at the best of times but in tier 4 with nothing to do and no one to see it’s even weirder. Being an introvert I’d quite love it if I was on my own, but with 3 young bored children it’s hard work. Have played more...

Clearly beating us is more exciting then Christmas for you! Only because owning a supermarket means Christmas is a bloody nightmare and therefore deeply unexciting :D Is this a supermarket out in the highlands/islands of Scotland still? Yes. We're the wee guys taking on Coop and Tesco :oyea: Good s...

Re: The athletics/running thread

For all your doom and gloom predictions AT my knee is actually much better today On day 2. Even stood up to some stretching and work in Pilates this morning. I guess us younger ones just heal quicker or something? :conf: (That said i’ll still be using it as an excuse to skive off runs for a bit yet.)
