Re: Bolton vs York City
Well, firstly thank goodness it wasn't a 6-0 defeat, as that's always the fear given the gulf of class between the players, but thought we gave it a good clean battle and I was very proud of us. Chambers should have had a go instead of trying - and failing - to pass to Rankine early in the first hal...

Re: Bolton vs York City
I am hoping for a lot of goals against the non-league part-timers and my son is really looking forward to only his second match. It will be interesting to see some of the other squad players and although not a full team would still like to think 4 or 5 nil at least? (Just correcting, before the usu...

Re: Bolton vs York City
we don't really care how many you'e sold, it has no impact on us. Ok, that's fair enough. I honestly wasn't sure if you would be bothered (I did ask about four pages ago), and only kept posting as some said they were, but clearly most of you don't, so I'll leave it :) Should be a fun day. All the b...

Re: Bolton vs York City
nobody has dismissed how many you are bringing FFS! Stop getting so angry and re-read the last two pages. That is EXACTLY what happened. And to the other person, yes, and might of been more if it was on telly (given we're hardly ever on TV and it'd be an opportunity to wave our knobs in the a...

Re: Bolton vs York City
Ok Yorkie.. When you've been in the division for 10 years and you're playing a team 100 miles away with a foot of constant snow between them, when it's a 12.45 kick off and on TV I'll be amazed if you take more than 300. That statement is shocking, as I'd of probably worded it "how could you take l...

Re: Bolton vs York City
How is pointing out how woeful your away support is, in reaction to some Sky Sports fan who probably only follows Bolton as it's his local opportunity to have a wank over Rooney in the flesh when Man U visit the Reebok, "being a knob"? The hyprocracy of dismissing how many we're bringing, by a...

Re: Bolton vs York City
Sunderland away, aye was television. Danny, I thoughht this started out as quite good natured but then you've gone downhill quite quickly from there. Just looking at your attendances for the season it would seem that you've acquired an 'extra' 2,000 fans who don't appear for every game. Bit rich is...

That is very poor. Suppose it was on Sky Sports, yeah?

Re: Bolton vs York City
You should be, Bish. Granted, I don't watch much Premiership, given it's mainly foreigners falling over (snigger *twiddle moustache*), but what I've seen of Wigan suggests they are absolute poo.

Re: Bolton vs York City
Gutted about what happened to you yesterday. Really thought you'd get a result at Anfield. Assuming you'll sweep Wigan aside midweek anyway.
Anyway, any guesses on what the crowd will be Saturday? I know it's hardly an attractive fixture, but we'd kinda like the money from the gate receipts

Re: Bolton vs York City
Lower tier sold out. Half of the upper tier sold too. Shutting down ticket sales tomorrow until next Tuesday (Boxing Day 99 percent game off as we can't afford undersoil heating) and even a threat the next game will in fact be Bolton, as Gateshead is even worse off than us on the frozen pitch front....

Re: Bolton vs York City
We've now sold 2,900 as of about an hour ago, in just under 4 days of ticket sales. Bottom tier should be sold out by 5pm. I don't think we will be far off selling the 1,900 tickets for the top tier. Plenty of time still to go. Yeah, happy with that as we're yet to have a home game on where a lot o...

Tickets went on general sale here today, and we're at 2,000 by end of day. You've missed out a zero I assume that's the joke that just keeps on giving. Well done for the recycling efforts. Although we'll get to the 5,000 figure, it's already pretty much nailed on that your stadium being bossed by u...
