Re: Hillsborough Disaster
I thought mummy was banned? Hello again. I'll pop by in a couple of years again. Screw allegiances. The police deserve to pay for what they did.

Re: I'm buying a ticket for the $900m jackpot.
I'd be lying if I didn't think of buying the club if I won powerball. If I win through work however and split it 10 ways....at least I'll be able to afford to come see a game if anything drastic happens.

Jurgen is using everyone right about now and he was using his european based peeps this time around. Hopefully he discovered what we all have seen. And I know I shouldn't respond to BWFC dan whom I cannot tell if he's serious. But CWE would've said something pithy about America being awful and the w...

If America is ever discussed in rational terms I'll be surprised. News Flash: Young athlete is stupid and indicative of his local area. Shocker. The same could be said for some of the youf in England. It's like having to hear about hooligans incessantly from those that are intimidated by soccer's gr...

Re: The Official Xbox 360 Thread
Make downloading games cheaper. The developers see more of the money and the game cant be resold. In exchange the consumer that buys fitrst receives a discount. It's that simple. There is no real reward for downloaded games despite the fact it cuts out middlemen. So how are you going to convince con...

I wes vehement about avoiding Microsoft at all costs. But got the 360 due to price and more people having it. I won't reiterate the complaints of the internet, but I will be glad to switch back to Sony. I am happy to see that they have found their way to be the gamers choice again. Microsoft are unb...

First wedding was of the grand style. It was a lovely wedding. Made so by the folks that attended. (Would have thought it perfect but for.................) Second wedding was truly perfect and was in Vegas. 30 people each known intimately well. Plenty to do with the folks before and after. A great t...

Wonder what Tango makes of this Too much speculation of what went on, and knowing nothing factually makes comment futile. Just sorry the carreer of one of my all-time favourite Wanderers has finally ended. Good luck to him whatever the future holds. He'll always be Super Kev to me. Perfect Post.

Re: Club Rebranding
One of the nice touches in US sports (at least baseball to my knowledge) is that home teams don't have player names on the shirts - the fans are expected to know them. Noticed Brazil didn't either the other night. That is actually just a few teams. Red Sox (Home) Yankees (Home and Away, the cocky p...

Bacon Barm Sandwich as appetizer
Then a plate of fine BBQ from a barely literate man from the American South.
Pulled Pork, Brisket, Burnt ends, Ribs, with corn on the cob, coleslaw, and baked beans.
( Or a couple of burritos from Mango Tango in Newton, MA)
A gallon of Ice Cold sweet tea.

Re: Have you seen your favourite song live?
Seen Pearl Jam 14 times, so I've seen my favorite song live many times. (Alive) My favorite non-PJ song would be very hard to nail down. But I saw Bon Jovi play and they were a huge part of my childhood so I bet that probably takes care of #2. Seen other groups big and small and don't really have an...

Well, maybe i'll get to see him play in Boston. But many thanks to a big part of our club. Hopefully the end won't sour what has been a great decade.
It always ends badly, otherwise it wouldn't end.

Re: Boston Marathon hit by explosions
If he was innocent and as sweet as proclaimed all he had to do was report to the police. Many people did who were falsely accused. Plus sweet and innocent is what is always heard after shocking acts of violence. "He was always so nice" Of course he was, if he had shown he was a murderous nice person...

Massachusetts does not have the death penalty. It hasn't changed it's stance since 9/11. The Federal government does and this bugger qualifies for the death penalty of convicted.
Glad he's caught, that was some intense stuff in the brothers bid to escape.
