It's the exact same concept as PureGym, except without the wankers (no personal offence intended) that inhabit Spinningfields. It's close to my office so I gave it a go Only issue is that it's nigh on impossible to get in after work as it's so busy and I just can't do it before I start I do masturb...

I didn't know that, but judging by the preening nancies in front of these mirrors then checking technical form was the last thing on their minds. What type of gym is it? Day two went well, including a bit of rowing which was interesting. It's sh*t exercise. Get 'em out on their bikes or playing sport ffs. To be fair, it's probably safer that your 7 year old daughter is in a class with a supervisor indoors than roaming around the streets on a bike Sad but true I agree with the sentiment though I don't want my daughter to be 'toned' ...
