Re: Official Gary Cahill transfer thread
From the Guardian: Wenger denying they bid 6M for Cahill. It was probably £6.1. "Here's David Hytner from Arsenal's training ground. "Arsene Wenger swears blind that he has not offered a derisory £6m for Gary Cahill. 'It's not true,' he said. 'You can believe me or Phil Gartside. You are free, absol...

Haha, Gartside you legend:
retweeted by pagartside: "#arsenal are you taking the piss 6 million for Garry Cahill feck right off!!! #BWFC #wengerisabell"
Don't suppose we'll be getting any more Arsenal players on loan after that comment!

Re: Official Gary Cahill transfer thread
I don't think Coyle will accept anything less than £12M. He won't be bullied, and if it comes down to the crunch I think it's pretty clear who's got the bigger stones between him and Wenger.

Re: Official Gary Cahill transfer thread
Why would Gary want to go to Arsenal, anyway? They are the current laughing stock of football.

It's awkward how bad Alonso is: slow, clumsy, poor touch. OC must have seen "Real Madrid" on his CV and got over-excited.

Re: Official Gary Cahill transfer thread
I can't be alone in thinking we need to hang on to Cahill this year, even if we lose him for nothing at the end of the season. A back four of Steinsson, Knight, Wheater, Robinson is relegation material.

Re: Official Gary Cahill transfer thread
I'd rather we kept Cahill, OC is only a couple of signings away from a very useful footballing side Aye look there are a few days of the window remaining we desperately still need a wide man and another striker and given the injuries we have some sort of versatile defensive cover. Getting those thr...
