Re: Lennon Out
Bolton fans clearly hate Celtic. That Andy Walker, for instance... We all hated him didn't we?

Re: Rumour has it.............
I don't see how money is available, due to the need for FFP compliance. It's nice to be in the press in a more positive light and that there's some hope but I'm assuming we're still on a "one in,, one out" sort of programme..Unless there are people queuing to take some of ours off our hands. realis...

Re: Lennon announced on Offish site
Very happy with this appointment and hoping he shuts the nay-sayers up quickly with a couple of early results. There's no doubt that we have a better quality squad than a fair few teams in this league and I'm sure Lennon has seen the infra-structure of the club along with the under-performing squad...

Re: Will Carrot Top top Carrott?
Having said this isn't make or break, it would be nice to get something from the game - and to deserve it (unlike so many of the points we somehow scrambled under DF). The key to NL's reign (given that he won't be able to buy a new team come January) is going to be his ability to make this bunch of ...

Re: Lennon announced on Offish site
A Glaswegian female friend of mine knows Neil Lennon very well, and she's just described him to me as being 'A really lovely guy'. What has Fatshaft to say about that then, eh? Was that his wife? He's still a prick. :spank: Okay, having made your point - several times over - it's now time to go on ...

Is there only me that has absolutely no feelings or opinion on the appointment of Lennon? You've gone to all the trouble of posting to say you couldn't care less? Yeah, but this place is free. Some people ring premium rate numbers to register their indecision. :D When you're getting humming ...

Re: Lennon announced on Offish site
I'll just throw something else into the ring.... To stake his reputation coming to Bolton, with little money for major signings he must be of the opinion that our squad is decent enough and just seriously under performing and that he can get them up the table. That's my view, too. It seems he may h...

I'll be honest, I was holding out for Hierro with Campo as his assistant, but I'm happy with this appointment. TKIZ, is still trying to deliver their "Please attend an interview" letters. TKIZ out! I'm so sorry about that. It was addressed "Ivan and Fernando, Madrid, Spain" when I popped it in a po...

Re: Problems with Gartside
Given our comparison is (reasonably enough imo) wigan how do our agent fee spendings compare? They have been publishing those figures for a while? I'm quite anti Gartside in terms of his running of the club, but is he really any more 'crooked' than his counterparts? Might be nice to be top of the l...

Re: What are you watching tonight?
Can't remember whether it was Will or Youri that recco'd this, but Downfall is just coming on on BBC4. It's about Hitler's last 10 days and has that scene in that everyone nicks and swaps the words about on. I thought it was well worth watching, Bruce. Fine performances and a great job of presentin...

Wandered into Tesco this morning with a view to buying one of their slow cookers I'd seen last week. Lo and behold they had crock pots in there at half price. Chilli has been cooking 7 hours now and the house smells great! slow cookers are fecking ace! A pm is winging on its way to Bruce for his 3 ...
