Re: Trotting over the Yellowbellies to three points - Lincoln City (A) 26/10/19

Rearranged for Tuesday, 14 Jan. per Iles, "some Lincoln fans are now upset that Bolton can reinforce their squad before the game." Well they can f*ck off and keep f*cking off until they've f*cked right the way round the world and back, at which point they can f*ck off again. Jesus wept. Their pitch...

Re: Wham, bam, thank you, Stan - Accrington S (A), 3pm, 23 November

As appalling as that was I suppose we only find out after the next couple of games how damaging it's been. There can be no excuses. They're more or less up to speed, have been winning, and were playing a poor side. A determined effort and a late defeat in the circumstances would be disappointing but...

Re: Deduction prediction

Worst case we end up with 3 down 2 suspended I reckon. Still better than most of us hoped for and in the meantime a siege mentality.
Best case it's upheld and the EFL is totally revamped due to the spanking we've handed them and Shaun Harvey comes out in hives

Re: Deduction prediction

Bearing in mind the rest of the league's anger at the decision, it was inevitable they'd appeal. It's incredibly frustrating because I think we all just wanted to draw a line under it and move on, yet now we've probably got it hanging over us for at least another couple of months if not longer. On ...

Re: Deduction prediction

I sincerely hope that the panel sets out it’s full and frank reasons behind the decision. Unlikely, as it probably sticks the boot in on the EFL, given the leniency. I can’t think of any other reason as to how we got off so lightly. Absolutely fecking delighted though! I think they have to publish ...

Re: Deduction prediction

I suspect that the punishment will be around 6 points and doled out either at the start of the next season, or at the end of this, depending on where we finish. If we finish in the drop zone, they can easily add a points deduction without impacting the squad. If we finish well above the drop zone, ...

Have we any indication yet as to when we're likely to hear something?
Iles says Wednesday. I suspect the club have known since the weekend - perhaps given a chance to appeal before official announcement is made.
He's now saying it could be further delayed.

Off out overnight with Mr GG next weekend - childfree! A dinner do. Suddenly realised I have nothing to wear and no money to buy anything with (thanks to huge MOT fail this week. ) No real point to this post other then to vent that you men have it easy with just sticking on the same suit and ...

Re: League One 2019/20

At the start of the season the bookmakers priced us at 1/200 to be relegated. Today, they've priced us at 1/3. I used to think we wouldn't have the squad depth to manage staying up irrespective of any further punishment, but now I'm increasingly beginning to think our hopes rest solely on the numbe...

Re: The Dons visit the University...V Milton Keynes Home. 3-0'clock 15-11-2019

Anyone got an idea as to what Buckley is injured with and when he is back? He played centrally under Hill before. He might help create some chances. The three centre mids were all a bit samey to me yesterday. Crawfords a miss. Fractured kneecap 6 weeks ago. Shouldn't be far off unless there is liga...

Re: Deduction prediction

Yeah I can see a 12/6 scenario. Just hope we get the chance to smash Doncaster and win some back. The moaning Yorkshire c u n ts. It’s the delay on the Brentford one that’s the most irritating. Should have been sorted at the time and come off last season. All this stuff about EFL lumping is with Ke...

Re: Deduction prediction

I'm all for giving the EFL as much grief as possible but not by cutting our own nose off. I think they're in a weak position and if we go about a potential appeal cleverly we could really back then into a corner. They've got a commons committee on their case and an incoming CEO who could benefit fro...
