Re: January 2022 Transfer Thread

That's the one. I don't know what was said to him or what he felt provoked it but it's not going to help his or anyone's cause. It seems like he's something of a scapegoat there and needs to leave.
Could also be that he's really, really bad at football of course.

Re: January 2022 Transfer Thread

I'm not sure having a go at your own fans after an inept performance is the fighting spirit we need 😁
Can see why he was Keith hill's cup of tea though!

Re: Plymouth match

Ryan Lowe leaves Plymouth to manage Preston. Interesting. Good manager. Done well. And that feels like a good appointment for Preston. Ideal potentially. Yeah, I've thought before that he would make a good manager for us at some point; that'll now be informed by his adventures up the road. But the ...

Re: Take your Mac to Fleetwood. Away 07-12-21. 7-45.

There've been too many of these performances now. We need practically everything to go in our favour to win . It speaks volumes that since August we've only beaten one club that wasn't in the relegation zone at the time we played them and the one club that wasn't was fifth bottom. I didn't see toni...

Re: Loan Watch

That interview is a bit embarrassing from Evatt and unnecessarily dismissive. He's such an overly defensive baby at times. I've always though Politic wouldn't play for us again since he went on loan and now I'm 100% convinced. I'm also not one to cry over lost youngsters though. Most end up doing no...

Re: Loan Watch

Obviously we shouldn’t give him whatever he wants, but it’d be a kick in the bollocks if we lost him for nowt. Anyway, I think we should bring him back in Jan for sure. Completely agree, and if it doesn't work out I reckon he'll get back in at Vale. Somewhere between 'Give him.what he wants' and 'f...

Was Harrison Biggins any good for them? His old man Wayne was a tough striker back in the 90s. Always wanted us to sign him.

Soft buggers. It was hardly Big Gerry T and Chris Fairclough against Wolves.

It the ball sticks to him and he's got the Del and Dapo double act arrowing in either side of him his pace won't matter so much.

Re: More Tin Pot Than Gold Cup - Jockeying For Position vs Cheltenham At Home (3pm 27/11/21)

Was at a wedding, only just got round to watching highlights. What a beauty from Kachunga. Didn't think he'd come good but delighted to be wrong. That first goal was a horror show from both of them, good grief. Second goal embarrassingly easy too. 4 points from the 2 games is decent in the circumsta...

Re: More Tin Pot Than Gold Cup - Jockeying For Position vs Cheltenham At Home (3pm 27/11/21)

Sounding increasingly like Del Amaechi will be starting tomorrow. Evatt reckons he has a decision to make - I'm not sure he has. Hadn't seen this, but then I'm Always The Last to Know. I wouldn't worry. Nothing ever happens; nothing happens at all. I'm now imagining evatt serenading him with his ve...

Re: Summer 2021 Transfer Thread.

Keith peacock was the first wasn't he Tango? Training wise, it's actually simplified things I imagine! Thanks for reminding me of a name I'd forgotten mate. I'm pretty sure Nat would have got a red card today for helping United keeper Harry Greg into the nets in the 58 Cup Final. :D Never a foul!
