Re: Take your Mac to Fleetwood. Away 07-12-21. 7-45.

I think I remember evatt saying it was a weird injury more associated with runners than footballers. Some quotes in here from gethin actually on how he came to realise it was bad. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/gethin-jones-bolton-injury-upd...

Tried to buy a ticket for this and it tells me that this event is not available to me. I am a member I have signed in my membership is active. Shambles, I can't be arsed phoning the ticket office so just won't bother. Did you register for that 'official' club membership thing they brought in recent...

Re: Exchanging Corn...V Doncaster at home, 23/11/21 8 'O clock.

I think it's one of those you see not given. And I'd be annoyed if it was given against us but for that reason I think, that you see others get away with it. I still think that sort of challenge *should* and is a red as things stand though. No chance or attempt at winning the ball, and if you catch...

Re: Exchanging Corn...V Doncaster at home, 23/11/21 8 'O clock.

Are we incredibly unlucky with injuries or is there more to it. I suspect that we're really unlucky and we're an outlier in terms of injury stats. Might be indicative of a bigger problem in terms of our recovery or something we're doing in training that's making us more prone. I suspect it's just r...

Re: Summer 2021 Transfer Thread.

Bristol City manager Nigel ‘Ostrich’ Pearson, four days ago: “There will be changes [in January], I can tell you that. I talked in the summer about not really wanting to do too much. I may have to amend that because certain individuals aren’t onside, let’s put it like that. And I’ll do everything I...

Re: Exchanging Corn...V Doncaster at home, 23/11/21 8 'O clock.

Nothing to do with the game, but why do our midweek home games always seem to kick off at 8 rather than 7.45? Is it something that we are obliged to do? Every other League One game bar ours is a 7.45 KO tonight.

I feel I may have asked this question many years ago but I've forgotten.

Could also be the larger bettors, actual market movers, coming in to cover exposure, or the bookies overcorrecting.

I wouldn't overreact just yet (until we see Dapo on crutches in which case panic, panic like there is no tomorrow)

Re: FA Cup 1st Round Replay..: Stocky Tony’s County Away..Stockport replay Wednesday 17th live BBC 2

When's the last time we were live on terrestrial telly? Elton Welsby era? Fa cup semi maybe? Although as I recall that game never happened. Not *that* one I don't think. It was my grandad's 80th so I missed it, and we watched it upstairs on his computer so I assume dodgy stream rather than TV. We d...

Re: FA Cup 1st Round Replay..: Stocky Tony’s County Away..Stockport replay Wednesday 17th live BBC 2

Interesting to note that we are drifting like a barge in the betting. Hard to know why that is, but there's been a significant move in the last few hours, which could suggest someone knows something about injuries/team selection and has taken it to be a negative for our chances. Paddy Power has Sto...

Ah sorry I thought it was a card game not a MMORPG; I've never really been into those and only came to look into Warcraft lore via Hearthstone...that does sound like a hardy fanbase though :)

It's a shame I've probably lost the entire readership with that last sentence, because it is startlingly g...
