Do you put much stock into backpacks when running? Sometimes I carry a regular backpack, but I don't think it's a good idea as it bangs about a lot :/ I got a bit inspired when reading this blog post from ergobag, as I bought a little backpack for my niece :) Seems to have better structure and strap...
