I don't want him sacked and it'll be mutual consent or him getting poached most likely, but it's so frustrating constantly shooting ourselves in the foot time after time. The constant inflexibility is infuriating.

The best teams, like Pompey this year, find a way to win consistently. We don't.

I'm increasingly of the opinion we should part ways in the summer, regardless of the playoffs outcome.

Not a sacking, per se, but he has ambitions higher up. The lack of killer instinct is just chronic.
