Re: A taste of honey, or a sting in the beehind? Bolton v Brentford 23/9/2017

So we get absolutely battered against the team who are one place above us in the league, have 4 points and scored only 3 goals more.

can't wait to hear people defend PP after that one...

Karacan is a busy fool.

Sh!te!

Come out in the second half and not got near their goal.

We won't score if we played all week - Mark my words

Re: The Alternatives

I can't fathom why people are defending Parky... Please can someone riddle me this; Milwall and Burton both sit above us in the league, both promoted from L1 in the past two seasons, both have spent very little, used the loan and free markets to pull a squad together. This is the exact same scenario...

Re: The Alternatives

If we could tempt him then I would go for Pearson...

Brentford is an absolute must win game. PP will be under huge pressure if he fails to win.

Re: Turning the tide? Orwell adrift? Ipswich (A) 16/9/17 3pm

Oh come on. Robinson is decent going forward. But not the next Cafu. Yet he's a car crash defensively. In fact worse than that, he's not ready for this level of football in any role other than possibly an out and out left winger. Playing him at left back or wing back guarantees the opposition an ea...

After the shit he inherited last year, Parky has the rest of the season and half of the next for me.
Even if we don't win a game between now and the end of Oct? Because that's a real possibility.

Re: Turning the tide? Orwell adrift? Ipswich (A) 16/9/17 3pm

Millwall finished 10 points behind us last season.... I fully agree with you PT. Milwall is a great example and we must be comparing ourselves against the likes of them, Burton, Bristol etc... As it stands we are streets away from them. People need to realise that we haven't come close to winning a...

I'll throw Pearson and Karanka into the mix... again, very unlikely but can't think of many who are available on a free who I would take...

Giggs, Phealan, Puel are others who I wouldn't want...

Re: Turning the tide? Orwell adrift? Ipswich (A) 16/9/17 3pm

Considering the last few games we've been excellent. The better side. Defensive is playing deeper which is helping. Madine is unplayable, Morais working his socks off and Noone looks like he could create something. Robinson looking more experienced and mature. Very promising.

Let's randomly appoint a Bundesliga reserve team manager with one caveat - he must wear Oakley prescription glasses. Cap with BWFC badge is optional.

Re: The Blades to stick the knife in? Bolton v Sheffield Utd 12/9/17.

It was so bad. If it was up to me I'd change the manager. The club needs a lift and a different approach to football matches. Sheff Utd did everything possible to slow down the game, waste time and commit fouls. Every credit to them. Genuinely can't see us winning a football match in this division. ...

7 - Grosicki was the one ripping us apart.

Right wing back for Hull looks a bit special. Aina his name. Certainly one for the future.
