he's not baulking at min wage but its an issue, im not sure any of his staff are on min wage but id assume some will be on close to £10 an hour. they work hard literally up to their knee's in shit every day and as such make an extra few quid than a shelf stacker. will they get an extra 3 quid an hour?

remember watching Beevers in the Millwall away game, he was literally winning headers without his feet leaving the ground! felt like that match could have gone on all night and nobody would ever have got the better of him! but Wheats is a proper chap! toss a coin for me...

getting back to winning ways and scoring goals has relieved a lot of pressure imo. the players can go into sunday full of confidence. will be a horrible 90 minutes if were set up 'not to lose' tho...
