Re: Lennon out!

I can quite easily imagine Holdsworth managing us until the end of the season. He's had some success as a manager, albeit at Div Two level and below. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dean_Holdsworth" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; What I hadn't realised is that he'd been Browny's assis...

BBC stats say we had a grand total of three shots, one of which was on target.

Free pies & drinks for the away support. Is that El Deanno's "gift" to the fans?

Re: ...our man's Holding their man's Tozser... QPR (H) 20/0

per http://www.soccerstats.com/table.asp?league=england2&tid=j ("goals per 10 mins" in first dropdown), we've conceded 10 goals after the 81st minute (I assume they include injury time). That's the fourth-highest in the division. And according to the same site we only conceded nine last season post...

Re: ...our man's Holding their man's Tozser... QPR (H) 20/0

Feels like a defeat, right? Yeah. That's a proper kick in the c*nt, and I don't even have one. But for that goal we'd have been four points behind with 14 left, which sounds doable. Even though it's fewer than last week, six points feels like an ocean – and an opportunity lost, with Charlton, McDon...

Re: The breaking News thread...

Wait just one fecking minute here. We needed a court order to buy a piece of land to sell in a land development scheme. Did we go to court to get permission to sell Euxton? and if not why not? And if we did why was that not reported? I think we needed to go to court the first time to unfreeze the w...

Re: ...our man's Holding their man's Tozser... QPR (H) 20/0

From a BWFC mailout: Neil Lennon is hopeful that both Gary Madine and Dean Moxey will be fit to return for Wanderers’ clash with QPR on Saturday. However, Mark Davies, Dorian Dervite (both knee) and Jay Spearing (groin) are all injury doubts, while Liam Trotter and David Wheater (both hamstring) ar...

Re: The run-in

Currently, the three teams above the drop zone are averaging a point per game. To finish above one of them, we'll probably have to match that ppg AND close a seven point gap. In other words, we need 22 points from 15. So far this season, we've managed 24 from 31.

Looking like: Amos Vela, Dervite, Holding, Derik (or pick a left back from what's left) Spearing, Davies, Pratley. Feeney, Heskey (probably replaced later by Woolery) Silva (maybe replaced by Clough) Dobbie looking on hopefully.... Edit...This based on the goal machine not being available . I read ...
