Re: Might we see some wood for the trees? - Forest (H) 22/08

I know one thing for sure -our defence! It's 10 times more solid than least seasons! I'd make it a priority in Jan to sign Prince! Bloke just glides across the pitch. Moxey (some said he was MOTM at forest) and Dervite have been reborn! Wilson looks solid enough. Can't evaluate Amos as he's had Fvc...

What does everyone think about the Burden Aces song?

Anyone who hasn't heard it.. It's played before kickoff.

Seemed to get everyone singing anyway.

Re: If carlsberg did transfer threads.....This would be it!

Rumours circulating on Twitter about Hull being in for Clough.

Not having it myself. If there is any truth, the fee better be large!

Re: Might we see some wood for the trees? - Forest (H) 22/08

It's for Mills in the back of Clough. Soft, but can see why he gave it. Would have annoyed if it were against us though. Thought the one on Madine first half was though. I was sat right in line with the Madine challenge and I thought it was a dive. There was slight contact but Madine threw himself ...

Re: Might we see some wood for the trees? - Forest (H) 22/08

Just back. How good does it feel to score FINALLY! We played well again. Plenty of chances. Really good game overall. Feel sorry for Madine. It took a brave man to stand up and take that penalty. Would have had Clough on it myself. Same old Freedman.. Screaming at his players to sit back and we mana...

Re: Might we see some wood for the trees? - Forest (H) 22/08

Antonio is being a rebel and will hopefully not play (left out of the Forest squad Tuesday). He wants out of the club with bids coming in. With Assombalonga injured long term, he has been their main attacking threat. IF we can find the onion bag.. I am confident of a win. We look much better at the ...

Re: If carlsberg did transfer threads.....This would be it!

We. Need. A. STRIKER...Plymouth get on the case !! Spot on. If the club don't help NL to get one, I wouldn't be surprised to see Him walk if we are still in this same predicament come to end of the window. I still think Madine will come good. Heskey and Dobbie as backup are a joke though. We need a...

Re: Ram Bam, Thank You Ma'am. Derby match thread

SSN now reporting Pratley out for 'weeks'. I'm getting tired of supposedly minor injuries turning into big ones. Story of last season. Then, if players are injured at half time and our manager pushes them back out there to show they are up for it , we can expect more of the same. That's quite a lea...

Re: If carlsberg did transfer threads.....This would be it!

This Ream sale has put the BN comments into a massive meltdown of bish proportions. There really are some cocks about Amen. Facebook is in meltdown as well. Going on like he is Roberto Carlos or something because he won POTY last two seasons. Half the reason he was voted that was because he was one...

According to this.. Ream was on around 8k last season. Some of these wages are scary!

Thanks Tim.
The fee or the wages will be used? I only seen a tweet regarding Reams wages.

Re: If carlsberg did transfer threads.....This would be it!

If NL gets the dosh, think of it this way.. If we had 2-3 million to spend at the beginning of this window, would anybody on here want us to spend it all on a defender? Only a half decent one at that? I doubt it. The money is good news for the team if we can spend it. Another big earner off the book...

Re: Capital One Cup first round - Burton (H) this tuesday

Enjoyable enough game just lacked that cutting edge/final ball. Disagree with Chris re Holding. A very assured performance I thought. So much so, can we flog Ream if there's a genuine offer on the table and buy a striker? Maybe I was mixing him up? Don't remember him winning a header all game. Also...

Re: Capital One Cup first round - Burton (H) this tuesday

Just back.. Only got ourselves to blame. Could have been 4 or 5 first half. If we don't find out shooting boots soon we could be in big trouble. Disappointed with Danns in these first two games. Not convinced by Holding.. Lost almost every header tonight. Vela quiet Front lot did plenty but someone ...

I really don't understand why we haven't seen anything of Kellett yet. Also, I know he's another mid, but whatever happened to our link with Rodolph Austin ? quote] Sheffield Wednesday agreed a deal with Austin, but work permit issues have surfaced because Jamaica is ranked 55th in FIFA, and the ne...

Will it involve a few fools? The odd horse maybe?
