Re: Schu me the way to Amarillo - Summer 2025 Transfer Thread

If Morley isn't making a 7 after a good year including part of it away so people can complain, I'm not sure anyone is in a season like this.

Alright Donald. You know that for that £86bn we got £86bn worth of stuff? We didn't just write a big cheque.

Re: Schu me the way to Amarillo - Summer 2025 Transfer Thread

Sorry that it didn't work out for Santos. Think he became the lightning rod for Evatt's tippy tappy. Over the years, a decent player for us. First player since David Wheater to get to 200 games for the club...which tells you everything you need to know another past decade. Wish all of them will, es...

Re: Schu me the way to Amarillo - Summer 2025 Transfer Thread

A link, albeit not from a watertight source. Lincoln's Sean Roughan. Leftback/centre-back. https://footballleagueworld.co.uk/exclusive-bolton-wanderers-lining-up-transfer-lincoln-city-sean-roughan/ 5ft9. That’s not ideal for a centre back. I wouldn't take what you see or read on Wiki as gospel , he...

I hope we're steering clear of anyone about who the words "he was injured quite a lot" can be said.

Re: Pointing the way. Stevenage at home Sat, 3rd May 3-0'clock

To go back to my Ian Graham reading, I wonder if Evatt could be our Brendan Rogers (not a bad manager in the scheme of things for Liverpool, signed some good players who were key to their success, had some good days, but ultimately wasn't their one, obsessed with possession for the sake of it, and ...

Re: Pointing the way. Stevenage at home Sat, 3rd May 3-0'clock

He's going to have to do some coaching too. He talked yesterday about the players still doing mad things. Couple of times they played themselves into trouble. Still a hangover of the last content for me. There's a lot of quality in there still. Unless there's absolutely no money and no wiggle room ...

Re: Pointing the way. Stevenage at home Sat, 3rd May 3-0'clock

Came in with no window an unbalanced squad and then an injury crisis. I'm mildly disappointed we haven't made a better fist of it, but it's far too early to judge. No idea what the money situation is, it's obviously tricky moving players in but I think it's fixable in one window *if* there's similar...

Randall scores there if he tries instead of does enough to look like he tries.
He's just piss poor.
The main thing he's got going for him is he's not fecking Lolos.

I read elsewhere that that's our 70th conceded.
Which is a fraction more than 1.5 per game.
Birmingham scored roughly 5:2 they conceded, Wrexham 2:1. So we only needed to score about 150 to go up.
This new forward we're getting had better be good
 Erling somebody, I heard.
