Re: League One 2019/20

^ Ultimately though the EFL and Doncaster found out about the postponement via the media. That was really poor and I'm sure won't do us any favours Exactly. That absolute c*nt Appleton gave them.every excuse to punish the club more harshly and didn't give a shit. Nor will he now the fecking leech.

...and here's your Guess The Line-Up quiz. Do keep your "I forgot Bob Bollock" name mentions in white in case anyone else wants to play. Ta! https://www.sporcle.com/games/GaryParkinson/name-the-wanderers-xi-lincoln-2010 All 19. Ironically the one that I really struggled to remember was.... Gary Cah...

Re: League One 2019/20

I think they want to wait til the plug is already pulled so they can be seen to be strict without altering the result Tango.
Realistically we've no chance even with a few wins, but they'll want to wait I think.

Re: League One 2019/20

At best I'd hope for a suspended sentence for the Brentford game. The unforgiveable thing re Doncaster was 'us' unilaterally postponing it and making a statement before informing the opposition. The Administrators did us no favours with what appeared to be an arrogant action. I'm expecting at least...

Re: League One 2019/20

We should go after the useless wankers legally and challenge any deduction. They are on the ropes right now and might just cave in. Although then other clubs would go mad so I don't know.

I see that transgender cyclist has taken new records in the female sprint categories... Controversial?! She's a fecking disgrace. I'm not one of these wankers who likes to deliberately describe trans women as he, but I do have a problem with them using the advantages of their male-born bodies to un...

Re: League One 2019/20

Crucially, when it comes to tempting people in this season and next, I think how we win matters just as much as how often. That's always true to an extent, but overall I get the impression that, now more than ever, people want to be entertained. Unless you're a crazy masochist like bwfci! The mind ...

Re: Parkinson Leaves

Sunderland drew an extraordinary number of games under Ross - I think more than 91 teams last season. Similar this. If he can tighten them up a little without losing potency, then it’s a great appointment for them and him. I’m sure it will all collapse next season in the Champo but that’s a better ...

Haven’t you got a marathon planned?! Best get training! Can't even get a Parkrun out of him at the moment ;) Man flu is a serious medical issue you know, just ask BP! Don’t you take the *cough* piss *cough* out of me! Let’s see which of us is on the start line at HH Parkrun a week on Saturday! 😉 If...

Kipchoge... wow. 68 seconds per 400m 105 times. 14:10 for 5k 8 and a half times. Mind boggling stuff. I don't like the concept, would rather see it done within allowable record parameters in a race, but nothing but respect for Kipchoge. He's had an amazing career, won the world 5000m title in 2003 ...

David Lee tried to throw Parky under the bus didn’t he? Keith Hill May well want his own men in. McGinlay was very critical, Lee and Kelly are very tight with him. Not sure about Jimmy P. Is Hill in charge of these people? Or do they all answer to Beaugeard and Brittan directly? Not sure what the m...

He's a cock talking like that to the press. Powers that be need to rein him in. Might well be absolutely right but needs to be said privately in one of the office hidey holes rather than to the press. Happy with his work with the squad, which is the main thing, but the running off of his mouth I ca...

Ref was a dick in the 2nd half. Absolutely battered them in parts. Their defenders will be thinking what the feck happened there. Jay Spearing can feck off aswell, prick. Trying to get Verlinden sent off early in the second half is a shit house move. Could easily have beaten them by 1 or 2. Darryl ...

Fine effort. We've got a good defence, all of them played well. Pleased for Zouma after a shaky period. Attacking-wise many teams will find Blackpool tough to beat. We will get better up front and Dodoo will make a difference.

Re: I wish I'd never left Bolton...v Blackpool H. 8-0 clock 7-10-19.

Shame Bridcutt had to go off though he wasn't having the best game (showing for the ball is enough for the sky commentators, even if you keep giving it away). But he's a class act who was making us tick. Going to have to go a bit more direct (relatively) without him, though mightn't be a bad thing....

Re: I wish I'd never left Bolton...v Blackpool H. 8-0 clock 7-10-19.

Lee Hendre summs it up. No real quality in the final 3rd for both teams. Must say it was a quality 1st half for our defence. They've had 2 chances of note. Bridcutt injury is probably going to be a dislocated rib or something rediculous as is the luck we have. Hobbs has impressed me, Emmanuel too. ...

Home Bargains? Magnificent  That aside, possibly our smartest kit EVER! :) Best thing is Dodoo looking like he'd rather be in the dole queue as a free agent than seen dead in it. Anyway, would love to be there, but the Fox and Hounds in putney.will have to do instead. Come in you bargain-basem...
