Re: The Debt.

Ok. No one cares what I have to say. I respect that. I have been accused of being confrontational in the past so for that I apologise. If I may ask the board some questions then instead of pushing my own opinions. * Do the majority honestly believe it's possible to reduce our losses from 50M this y...

Re: The Debt.

Sometimes you need to cut your losses. I suppose if it's a case of losing £163M now or £250M in a years time I know which one I'd do.

Sometimes you have to know when to fold them.

Re: The Debt.

Seems to me with the current ownership structure of one man in total control that we are only a PLC in name and technicality anyway? Too true, seems we're voting tomorrow on the Ltd change and seeing as Eddie owns 94% of the club it's obviously something he wants and is a foregone conclusion. I see...

Re: The Debt.

I hate to say I told you so but... something is going on and it's not good. Seeing as we've just lost 50M+ over the last 12 months and now this? Like I said people... a slow painful death awaits. The first nail in the coffin is when the owners try to hide things from the fans and communication break...

Re: The Debt.

Do people honestly think at this stage we can avoid administration? If people legit think it's possible we can recover I will enjoy bringing this thread up in 2 or 3 years time when all hell breaks loose. It's a slow painful death. No one wants to admit it and everyone wants to bury there heads in ...

Re: The Debt.

Do people really think that putting 50+ million into a dying club every year is sustainable for someone who has a value of about 100M? That's where your argument falls down. He wont be putting 50+ million into the club each year. We are working on bringing down our outgoings and investing in new bu...

Re: The Debt.

Are there even 50m of cuts that we can make though? And we have to remember even cutting our spending by 50m doesn't actually mean we're paying off the debt! I would dare say that the amount of savings that can be made right now would be eclipsed by any interest on said debt.

Re: The Debt.

Why are people burying their head in the sands over this? If our losses are more than double our income then we're on track for administration. £163 at the moment... £200+ next year... £250+ the year after that... when will it stop? Face it... we're f***ed. It probably costs more to service those d...

Re: The Debt.

do you still get a 10 point deduction, or has it been increased? That would put us in the relegation places. Yes it would. But if we sell all our players at the end of the season then we're probably going to get relegated anyway. Like I said earlier... might as well go out now and get back on our f...

Re: The Debt.

Best case scenario is if we go into administration today we could be out by the beginning of next season.
