Balls and double balls. Just got back in and they've pulled one back and Derby are now winning.

For those going: the Leyton Technical is a decent boozer. Used to live there and, by god, it was the most infinitesimal of ephemeral silver linings. Alternatively: Leytonstone, one stop further on, has many good pubs. I posted earlier in the thread as i am a former Leyton resident as well https://t...

Closest boozer, The Coach and Horses, is home fans only from memory. Over the road from that is a Scottish-ran cafe called Deeney's, who do a superb (if alarmingly overpriced) fried breakfast for those so inclined. After your bacon, walk up the A112 (High Road Leyton), past the cricket ground, and y...

Superb performance with the only blot being we deserved more. That's knockout football, though, especially against teams higher up the pyramid. Your mistakes are punished. Yet aside from a couple of costly moments...that was a privilege to watch. The pace and intensity we played at put them under re...

Re: Seconds out, Round three. V Accringston away Wed, 10th Jan 7-30

If only ghost. Draw is Friday at 6.30. Played on week of 29th Jan. Winning the FA Cup also gets us into Europe  If we don't go up (blasphemer etc) yet win the FA cup (dream big) that would be a whole new level of fixture congestion. Having to rearrange a trip to Atletico Madrid because we have...

Re: F.A.Cup...V Luton away Sun, 7th Jan 2-0'clock.

This may be Lutons chance for a big payday given that there may be a bigger attendance at our place and possibility of a TV fixture. Usually it would be the other way round given the league positions. Hopefully the draw favours us somewhat. Big tie or easy run through to the next round. We're not g...

Rotherham have re-called Peter Kioso from Posh.

Didn't realise he was appointed captain for then earlier in the season!

George Thomason is captain of this club within three years if we are fortunate enough to keep him.
