You do know "literally" means it actually happened, rather than it being just your biased opinion don't you?

Apparently Dan Toney is still part of Evatt's plans according to the BN
Reads to me more like there aren’t any takers - which of course is hardly surprising!
Hardly surprising you read it that way, certainly....

Re: Welcome to Bolton. Wrexham (h), 18/08, 3pm

Choose your own narrarive: 1). Same old Bolton. No leaders. Bottlers. Evatt out Evatt out. Not fit to wear the shirt. Liability. Pub league players. Or..... 2) A draw in exactly the sort of game we'd have lost last season. Their keeper MOTM. Half our team only known each other a week. Played 3. Won ...

Re: Welcome to Bolton. Wrexham (h), 18/08, 3pm

Not necessarily based on form though. Evatt has been very clear that he's sets up the starting XI to complete against specific opposition.

Whether he always gets that right or not will define our season I guess, but it may lead to the odd surprise for some fans in games...

Re: Full Steam Ahead to Orient (a) 10/08, 17:30

Sure, but it's a bit reductive. The system massively benefits us in almost every game. In some games teams manage to expose weaknesses. In this case that weakness wasn't just Jack. That diagonal ball came from a defender who had far too much time on the ball, because Dion and Arfield didn't get the...

Oi - quit it you. Right now.

Its not your role to be the negative one on here - you're normally an advocate of mine with my (often misplaced...) optimism.

There's plenty of others on here that can drag us all down, we don't need you doing it as well (even if you are just being realistic)

Re: Tooling up: The summer 2024 transfer thread

Really excited for the season now its right upon us. Some very shrewd & bold business done - even though some inevitably will ('cos its what they do..), but surely its hard to argue with the support the board have given the recruitment team, and the recruitment itself. Surely..... From memory - as I...
