Re: Shut the Gate, our horse has bolted - Bristol C (A) 19/0

Bristol have had an upturn in fortunes, since Clough was linked to them! I saw nothing but a loss here with Lennon in charge. Now we have Jiminho so we,ll get at least a point! 1-1

Re: Spotty's Seriously Sub-standard Second Rate Transfer Thr

Rob Hall has shown that he can do a very decent job,at the level we,ll be playing next year! Hopefully he,s earmarked as Feeneys replacement next season, providing we can hold onto him!

Re: Lennon gone - official

The one and only player who has looked up for it (all season).Lets let him go!! We can still mathematically stay up(I know I know)'we,re not going to.But let's just bang that final nail in ourselves. It makes no sense to send him out now.

Re: Lennon gone - official

Can,t see anything confirming Feeney Being loaned out! It would make more sense financially and footbally,to loan someone like Mavies out..Feeney has been the stand out trier of the season, and I hope to f**k,we can keep him in Division 3!! He would tear that league a new ringpiece!

Re: Lennon gone - official

Lennon gets to walk away, without a relegation on his cv! Mjalby appears, now to have been the backbone of any success he,ll claim to have had whilst here.

Re: The breaking News thread...

Didn't get he get loaned to Blackburn after planing 20 or so matches last season? Suspect its on the 23rd league match and then reset each season. So any last 10 minute sub appearances start to look potentially expensive. Yep looks that way. Seems like in the rush nobody told sports shield about it...

The old heroes were there for the benefit for Paul Jones, for some reason. Hope all is well. Correction: not Paul Jones but cancer sufferer Garry Jones. Details: http://www.bwfc.co.uk/news/article/former-players-show-support-for-garry-jones-3006039.aspx Best of luck to him. Poor bugger. One of my f...

Which bookie is that Bruce? I might waste another couple of quid on us!

We,ll lose 3-0 and Neil will tell us how we were the much better side, but,Amos,Deryk,Dervite, moxey, spearing,Davies,Trotter,Clough,Holding,Heskey,Madine and Clough all made silly mistakes! :whack:

Aye..it's party time at Fulham. Right good clear out in summer and start thinking about the Johnston Paints Trophy!! Mate, you didn't manage to find us, whilst sat in the same pub in Bolton. How the took are you thinking you'll find Fulham? :-) Just look out for my chopper. Is it a big one? Or one ...

Re: The End is Nigh - Preston (H) 12 Mar @ 15:00

You'd wonder if we couldn't go cap in hand to the Scouser to maybe vary the clause. But thinking about doing that makes me feel a bit queasy. Apparently we did and they told us to feck off. How very generous of the cash laden, grief mongering tw@ts! Compassion in Scouse land is saved for locals and...

Re: The End is Nigh - Preston (H) 12 Mar @ 15:00

My earlier comment was intended to suggest that, desperate as this is, if we'd performed efficiently in the past 4 or 5 games we'd be looking to escape. But we aren't. .... & paying Liverpool more money to play Spearing (who SHOULD be able to be a first choice but often isn't) would be crackers. So...
