Re: Bolton - Wet Spam
The excellent win yesterday has opened up a 4 point gap between the 9th placed team (depending on the Villa-Newcastle result). 8th would be a fantastic finish this season!

Re: What are you watching tonight?
I watched it when it was released in the US, it was on the same channel (AMC) as The Killing. They've also done Mad Men and Breaking Bad so I have particularly high hopes for The Killing Pretty good overall, the first couple of episodes were especially great, though I don't really like most of the c...

Re: What are you watching tonight?
I'm perfectly fine with it, considering most US dramas are vastly superior to the crap we make over here. I'm presuming it's because most Americans don't want to watch 20 hours of TV in Danish, but it'll work out best for us because we'll presumably get both versions...a couple of years down the line.

Re: What are you watching tonight?
The US version of The Killing aired on Sunday night. I managed to 'procure' it and watched it, thought it was excellent.
It's slightly shorter than the Danish version, only 13 episodes for the first season, and will apparently diverge slightly from the Danish plot.

Re: Holden
Wonder if we'll get a midfielder from Utd on loan next season as a sort of 'compensation' for this? We tried for Cleverley, didn't we, but for some reason went to Wigan instead.

21% - Since making his PL debut, Bolton have won just 21% of PL games without @stuholden, compared to a 43% with him in the side.BWFC_Insane wrote:Still waiting to hear how many games we've won without Holden this season. I can only think of Wigan away in the FA cup (and it was a Wigan reserve side).

Ah yes, I remember now. Of course, not every ST holder will take the 2 tickets each, so there should a few thousand spare.

Yeah, I fail to see why every season ticket holder gets to buy two tickets each before everyone else. Surely one would be the happy medium?

I struggle to think of many strikers who shoot better than him on the turn, not only in the league but also in world football.
As an aside, his partnership with Klose at Werder Bremen was something to be admired.

Can't see them sacking him so soon, though he does seem out of his depth. Hopefully he's still in charge when we come visiting at the end of April.
