Just got in. Kettle's on for what it's worth You are pushing us you know that... If I buy you a smart kettle can you just leave it plugged in and I'll boil it when you're not here? Just don't get the appkettle - currently wasting away in my garage because it insists its empty when it's full and won...

Re: Tonight's Football

Time wasting is one for me. If a player persistently wastes time then sin bin then red if they still do it. If the team is sharing it about then the ref can blue card the team and the oppo captain chooses who sits it out - probably should exclude goalies unless we're fly goalieing it :)

Shades of Zenit this one...
We've not travelled from Russia so there's less reason to keep this one going.
Well yes, I was more commenting on the farce of trying to play football on several inches of water.

There's nowt wrong with saying that Vic played absolutely shit on Saturday. He did.
No one is saying that. Just asking Insane to leave him alone for more than 2 minutes.

Problem is Insano, you tell us at every opportunity how Vic can't trap a bag of cement. It is almost every post that mentions anything to do with strikers or team form. No one denies you the right to think he's shit, but it gets really tedious reading it every other post. I don't rate Morley, but a...

Just need to move past "people with opinions on the internet." There will always be for and against...
Personally, I’m against it.
What? We're allowed opinions?
You are, but as Mrs S will tell you...they're all wrong :D

Re: Who opened the door? My money is on Janus! 2024 January transfer thread.

Problem with Megson, aside from his charm and dour football, was that we'd gone from cheap (Sammy) to panicking and spaffing fair amounts of money money on Shittu and that Icelandic fella and more. Coyle supercharged that by spending silly amounts on even more shite.

Re: Who opened the door? My money is on Janus! 2024 January transfer thread.

It’s just a need to slog result after result out. It’s horrible imho. That is the entire point of a league. The team that consistently gets results, however they do it, wins. In the past you've often said winning football is good football and that is what matters. That is what we're doing :conf: Fo...

I hope that isn't positive Ian meaning Jerome scored one in training so that'll make us better :|
Sounds like some primary targets became available and we've got deals agreed for them.

It was the hintyest of hints.

Re: Seconds out, Round three. V Accringston away Wed, 10th Jan 7-30

Howdy all, I'm trying a different style of spring in the couch tonight. I really would appreciate if those who have a key to the door could jump on it for the first ten minutes of the game to see if it holds up to the extra weight. If it holds then the rest of the season will be a doddle. Cheers. I...
