New tune I think it'll fit.

Oh me lads, we should have seen it coming.
Nolan's off to Newcastle and no one else is coming.

Yes it is odd thats it looks to have been done behind Megsons back, and I wouldn't be surprised to find out that Nolan stayed behind to sort of his minor injury in order to pass any transfer medicals coming up. For me its the right move, Nolan is good at positioning himself, especially when on the ...

Make of it what you will, "Bolton manager Gary Megson today admitted he knew little about captain Kevin Nolan’s impending move to Barclays Premier League rivals Newcastle. The club have agreed a transfer fee believed to be in the region of £4.5m and Megson confirmed Nolan was on Tyneside undergoing ...

Have been hearing that all has not been well in the dressing room with Mr Nolan ( not the team in general) at the heart of it all. He's, apparently, not been up to scratch in more ways than just on the pitch. Can't say more but it's from a good source or I wouldn't broach the topic. If true, then m...

I'm gutted he's going. For me, him, Jussi and Gardner are Bolton. Losing him is losing a bit of our identity. Teams need a core of players who have been at the club for years - something City lack and Nolan has enjoyed the good times with Bolton. We'll be left with a core of players who know nothin...

I really do hope this doesn't impact on the dressing room. Every gathering has a central character, leader, orchestrater, even comedien. Nolan seemed to be that to Bolton. Sometimes, when a much liked member of your fraternity suddenly is no longer there, the light goes out. Hope this isn't the cas...

Who's the new captain? Cahill? Gotta be careful it's a guaranteed starter should be a midfielder but wouldn't make it Taylor cause of Gardner. I think Nolan's heart hasn't been in it. I remember when he got 11 goals one year now he doesn't look as fit and if your captain is moping around it's catch...

You really don't miss something till its gone. I hope this is a ploy by the club to get supporters to appreciate what we have. I also think its a publicity stunt aimed to cover up the Veleso disapointment, "Hey look we have kept Nolan so that should be good enough". You watch the "Megson is a wanker...

Oh well, Shame you couldn't be as good as 2 years ago Kevin but good luck if you do go, get that form back and you'll be at the club that will get you the look in for England. Trust me it will happen. This guy is gonna prove a point. 18-4.5 - 13.5mi...

Thats not the problem tho is it, the player has told em to fook off not the club. I think if they offered him 750,000 a week then he might consider. :?
