And Bilic. I think it's one of those poisoned chalice jobs. Perhaps G and S and Karen will splurge a fortune to ensure they go into the Olympic Stadium still in the Prem. One can but dream. 8)

Well Beckford nets one in the first few minutes so a good start. Let's hope they can keep it up. 8)

QPR. Doesn't get better than this. £40 Million fine was it that they refused to pay. They'll get their comeuppance now. Hoping for administration and an open door to Div 1. Now let them say they share the same area with Chelsea. :oyea: 8) :pissed:

Have to watch for the promotees to the prem shedding some of their hard workers. Might be some who would be better than most of our present lot. Edit to add... Arsene reckons it'll be years before Wilshere is back to his best and needs games to strengthen his ankles. Might be worth a punt to get hi...

Re: Brum Game Piss Up

Ref loved those yellow cards and all the possession we had (BBC stat) was disappointing not to end it on a high. Still, a fairly interesting season, let's hope for something a bit juicier next term. Thanks for your very interesting and welcome postings on Radio Tango, TD. Have a good summer and hope...

Re: Karl Oyston Step Down – HELP the Petition

Saturday could be very interesting in Blackpool. The latest thing is that the statue of Stan Mortensen has been removed and protesters being warned about being the possibility of being sued if they trespass. Oh dear. That smacks of the kid in the playground taking his ball back. Best thing for them...

Re: Season 2015/16 - What does it hold in store?

Got to be a suck it and see season. Loanees'll be gone, new signings at bargain basement prices perhaps and getting them playing as a team good enough to get promotion. It's a big ask but maybe Lennon can get some decent players on loan initially to give a push from the start. Fingers crossed and ap...

Re: The Debt.

Aye, BB. Very commendable but are they doing it for fans' sake or just because they can as they've stiffed the whole of London, got a stadium really on a peppercorn and when they sell Upton Park they, the directors, won't be tipping any of it up to 'Good causes'. Still, we'll see what happens the se...

Re: The Debt.

I don't think the public will be enjoying the Olympic Stadium between matches. It's been taken from us, and we London Council Tax payers got stuffed over the community facilities promised. The Golds and Brady have lined their pockets and on the final whistle of the first game it'll be mayhem getting...

At least it was a draw. And Brentford managed a booking to towards the close. Thought we'd got Barrry Knight again. Thanks TD, much appreciated. 8)

Re: Brentford. Away. Saturday.

Sounds a bit harsh to me, after all they're professional sports prima donnas who view their behaviour as normal thus confirming the fact they know feck all about 'Team spirit.' Should be led around Griffin Park by Lennie to show everyone what chumps they really are.

Re: Going for the drop - Blackpool 4/4/15 (h)

We can have some input in the demise of Blackpool and Wigan, a nice round of applause when Burnley join us next term and a hankering for Blackburn to make up the quartet at sometime in the not too distant future. 8)

Re: Forsooth, is that a tractor I see before me ?

Oh, well, we all thought we were in for a tanking but we had a few tickles. On the plus side our lot will be heading back oop north. Their lot will have to stay in that sh1thouse so every cloud and all that. Wigan losing tonight and we need to tank them on Saturday. 8)

Re: Forsooth, is that a tractor I see before me ?

Did my initial Royal Navy Training at HMS Ganges in 1959, just outside Ipswich at Shotley Gate. Ipswich was a sh1thouse even then, measured by Dan's criteria, and it was a sh1thouse when I went there last year. Only good thing was the exit road is now dual carriageway. Barry Knight still gives me th...
